You Get What You Pay For
My wife and I tried MI some years ago when it opened and it was certainly more than okay and worthy of four stars but we sent again last week for my birthday and five stars wouldn't cover what we received in terms of service and quality of food.
Despite being cooked to order, the waiting time was minimal even though no one should ever moan about having to wait for freshly prepared food!
In fact following our love of the food, we collected two takeaway pizzas last night so your food and service is speaking volumes as far as I'm concerned.
If I had one little criticism, it would be that a new credit card terminal be introduced to be able to take tips for the staff as in this day and age, my experience of people carrying cash is few and far between and when staff provide that level of service, they do deserve rewarding even if there is no cash in people's pockets :-) Some Ingenico terminals have the option for Gratuity to be included such as Ricky's up the road from you.
