My experience with Miami Md was exceptional. I sent an email to the company that my order was incorrect when delivered,. No questions asked The woman was absolutely amazing, very apologetic with no excuses! This customer service rep was incredible, right to the point of how they would correct the error. I was told that I could keep the order I received as it would be too expensive to return it and they would send me the correct product right away with a $500.00 voucher to use for my next order!!! I was blown away with this employees customer service and extremely polite and right to the point.I received a notice from the post office today stating that I could pick my product up tomorrow!!! This was the best customer service that I have ever received!!! Thank you Miami MD!

CREPE SKIN
My issue at age 79 is my crepe skin on arms and having to cover my arms all the time is a little frustrating for me; especially, when hot weather comes along. I was hesitate to order, but seeing reviews convinced me to try MiamiMD - Advanced Crepe Fix. I am so happy I ordered it because I had bad crepe skin and I can tell there is definitely improvement. Such that I don't feel so self-conscious of wearing short sleeve blouses. The cream feels cool upon application and absorbs quickly into skin. Upon reviewing my order, I saw I made a mistake. I contacted the support group and the order was corrected right away by my instructions and refund showed up on my account next day. I was very impressed with company's response.

I was very excited when I received the shipment and I had to try it that nite. I looked at my upper arms afterwards and I thought - WHAT? This can't be happening before my eyes, but it really did look like the sagging, wrinkly skin was minimizing before my eyes. I love the texture and how it soaks into the skin without a greasy feel. After my order and payment
After my order and payment, I got emails telling me time was running out to complete my purchase. I emailed MiamiMD to explain I had completed my purchase and paid for it.
Now I’ve gotten a request to say how I like the product. Again, I had to send back a message explaining I have NOT received the product that was supposed to be here before today.
I’m extremely frustrated and now, if this continues I’m really feeling concerned that I’ll never see the product or get my money back.

Totally refreshed with no greasy feel!
The cream for lifting and firming feels so good on my skin and I feel refreshed. It’s not greasy and it soaks right in. I’ve noticed my splotchy skin has a much more even tone and my spots have greatly decreased. Wrinkles around my mouth and chin have lessened and I can tell a huge difference. I look better when I don’t wear makeup now and have a more youthful look, I think ! I ordered one jar to try it out, then I ordered 3 more and today I ordered 3 more. I love this stuff! Thank you, I’m just sorry I didn’t discover it sooner.
