Writing another review as there have been developments since my last one. Finally heard back from them, they gave me two options, 1) return it to them at my expense (this would cost more than $30 to do so) or they will give me a 15% refund! The pyjamas I ordered arrived with a hole in!! And were way too big and didn't match their size chart! Avoid at all costs.

I order a pajama on December to wear it Christmas and I got after and 2 sizes smaller. and to this day I am still trying to return it that I have to pay for the return that will be $30 dollars and I pay $50 for it.
or they give me %15 percent for my next purchase if I keep it but for me is not the point.
they told me you can sell it or give it as a present.
so for me never again buy something from them because they want me to pay for their mistake.
definitive I will not recommend this site!!!!!!!

Ordered GA Bulldogs PJ's, Taylor Swift / Kelce long sleeves x 2, taylor swift ornaments. Quality is pretty low on all items, like wal-mart brand. But I'm ok with that, you run the risk ordering online...however...

GA Bulldogs PJ's were for my 10 year old niece, received Shampagne bottles & skis for PJ's. Actually think these would be decent if they were the right ones sent.

TSwift / Kelce / Chiefs longsleeves for my wife, laughable how bad the sizes are off, poor quality.

TSwift ornaments - only sent 2 of 3. Both are pretty poor quality, feel like they'll be easy to break but can deal with that...not sending full order?

No phone number, no return address to even be able to return the mistakes Miashoop made. Took 6 emails and 14 days for customer service to reply via email, only to ask for more information, pictures which were immediately supplied. 6 more emails and 7 days later, I was asked more questions on what specifically i wanted to return with an immediate response. 8 more emails and have not heard back since January 22nd.

Needless to say, I'm guessing I've just lost the $220+ since there is no way to get in touch with anyone at the organization.

I'm sure their may be some decent items here that people can enjoy. However, takes a month to come from China and it's a complete coin flip to know if you're going to get the right order, right sizes, the complete order...also came in 2 different shipments... But I just can't support the lack of accountability. You're stealing money without any repercussions.

I received the wrong item. I immediately contacted costumer service. Sent a picture of wrong item and shipping label as requested. It has been three weeks. I continue to contact them. NO RESPONSE at all. I do not recommend this company.

Avoid! I ordered my daughter pyjamas and went with the size chart on their site which is completely inaccurate! Pyjamas are meant for a 10 year old and actually fit me; a size 10 grown woman!
Not only this but they have a hole in. No response from them despite sending photos almost a month ago. At $50 for a pair of pyjamas, I expected better.

The size of the dress is very accurate, I am very comfortable wearing it, I love this dress!

I finally found a brand that fits me perfectly. Everything I ordered is super comfortable and flattering!

I was surprised at how budget-friendly everything was. I got a lot without breaking the bank!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will get fraud charges on your account after purchasing, and they will send you the wrong product and sizing but refuse to replace it with the correct items. If you want to return for a refund, you have to pay overseas shipping g costs that will start at $55+. They require tracking and will not send a prepaid label. Even when you send them pictures of the wrong product.

The clothes I bought feel really nice and look just like the pictures. Definitely worth it!

Had a small issue with my order, but the support team was super friendly and fixed it right away.

Placed an order for kids’ pajamas on 12/13/24. Emailed 3x. Third email received a response indicating this:(copied and pasted)

“Thanks for waiting, your order was divided into two packages. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (5-7 business processing days before shipment for the in-stock items) + Shipping Time (8-15 business days after shipment).”

Doesn’t say this anywhere during the order process or shipping. So far I only received half which arrived yesterday. Laughably bad but borderline inexcusable as well as extremely unprofessional not to mention highly uncompetitive and I will not be using such an unreliable vendor again.

Ordered on November 20th, website states all items ship of California, that’s a lie, when I contacted them they told me that the item I ordered was a preorder even though their website did not advertise as pre order. Once I contacted them my tracking number updated with new info, I still have not received as of December 18th.

I have yet to receive my order and I can’t even get anyone to respond to my email messages! I’m very disappointed and frustrated because it’s a Christmas gift!!!

No returns, no response to multiple emails sent to their customer support email. absolute frauds

the vendor is a scam. they also keep changing their website name too. you won't get anything you ordered, and they won't respond to any of your emails.

My order hasn’t shipped after almost two weeks and can’t get them to respond to emails or facebook messages. Terrible, guess my wife won’t be getting this Christmas gift. Also anyone else notice the 4and 5 star reviews names are very common names. Wonder who wrote those.
