My sister recommended Michelle O'Shea & Co Ltd to manage the sale of our family home and the purchase of a new home for my brother and I.

I was very impressed with the overall commitment to customer service provided by the business. At every stage along the house sale/purchase journey we were kept informed of progress with clear guidance and instructions. Turnaround times for dealing with matters were very quick, very often by phone rather than by other slower means of communications, which I prefer. Additionally, as I am sight-impaired, the Company were very happy to accommodate my needs as regards sending important documents by email rather than post which made things easier for me. Whenever I telephoned with queries, there was never any "we'll get back to you...":: the staff, including Michelle herself, were always happy to respond there and then, without having to wait. If I were to make a very small criticism, the Company's professional fees are probably a little higher than most other local conveyancing firms or solicitors, but even the firm itself admits this in their marketing blurb! ! However, the level of service provided to their clients more than makes up for the small additional cost, and that for me is more important. Overall, I cannot recommend Michelle O'Shea & Co highly enough as a business to manage your house sale/purchase. Thanks for everything Michelle O'Shea !!

All the transactions have gone remarkable smoothly and, through the obviously diligent checking of all the documentation, a number of issues were picked up that might easily have been missed by others.

Her team are extremely thorough at assessing complex information relating to sale or purchase and will highlight risks or other areas of concern for consideration. As a result I have total confidence in her company.
