Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - I have had several questions both on the phone and via email and I always got prompt replies. The delivery was quick and as described, the package was immaculate, unfortunately, there are a couple of items missing which were not included from the Factory. I am waiting for them to arrive.

Great international service
Sorry this review isn't in French; I'm from England. I ordered two guitars from Michenaud and had them shipped to the UK. I was very happy with their service. Their staff were extremely helpful on the phone, and very patient with me while I struggled to understand their website. They gave me a great price on the guitars, which arrived very well protected. The only slight problem was that DPD, who delivered the guitars, delayed delivery over the weekend for no reason. I don't think this is really Michenaud's fault though.
