After covid i lost a lot of customers as thank you Microsoft have stabbed my company and many others in the back they are terminating my ability to sell Office 365 they expect me to help them transfer my business to another reseller I shall just tell my clients to go to Apple instead Thanks for nothing Microsoft I expected support you ai system is the worst I can not speak to anyone you have disconnected you phone the email you sent to notify me is a no reply email total pants.

My account has been hacked many times . Breach Security.
Customer service worst all of as does not responde or care despite ongoing emails asking to protect my account.

An Abomination of Idiots and More.

What do I even say first...
This Lobotomised, Shitass Company has shoved us tons of shit over the years, Windows 11 is LITERALLY a third made by AI. Yeah, like thats not gonna cause issues. EXPLAIN WHY EVEN NOTEPAD doesn't work??? It also forces us to UPDATE. Has AI SPYWARE everywhere you look, Recall, even COPILOT has issues. (Well I don't have these problems because I used Remove Windows AI.)
And also the fact that Michealsoft decides to LEGITIMATELY block security updates on WINDOWS 10. Yknow, the more efficient, less bloated software? Now my netbook runs like a BLOODY SLUG in 50 GRIT SANDPAPER.

I have been unable to log in to the…

I have been unable to log in to the World program for some time now. I require this service for my work in my company, yet I cannot access my account. Customer support has been non-functional, and I am therefore unable to use the service at all.

Despite this, I continue to be charged on a monthly basis. This is now the third consecutive month that I have been billed for a service I cannot use, even though I have contacted customer support multiple times without receiving any response.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to cancel the service and change my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges.

I request an urgent resolution of this matter and a refund for the periods during which the service was unavailable to me.

The cloud sync does not work well

The cloud sync does not work well. If, multiple computers are used, and the customer wishes to backup data to the cloud service, it should backup seemlessly. I've upgraded from 5GB to a 2,000 GB storage to a premium subscription, only for OneDrive not to be able to back up the data and information. It should be simple enough. Use subscription, login, backup files and computer data. It doesn't work that way. Why would I pay them for a service that does not work well, easily and simply?

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage; negative stars would be given if I could. Their terrible Microsoft Authenticator app won't let me sign in since my old phone broke and I had to get a new phone number.

Zero customer service whatsoever. Was a mistake to create a business email with this company.

The worst ai chat and automated calling service I've ever seen cant help with chat and has no live agents to help. The automated calling service is even worse, I spoke clearly and its still decided I said something else and then proceed to assume that was what I said and wouldn't let me ring back, terrible company that cannot even look after the people paying them!!! would not recommend to anyone PlayStation all the way...

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. cannot contact anyone. I am unable to use a product i have paid for and no one will help fix the problem.
I have been told i will get a call back within 24hrs this didn't happen for over 5 days and when they did call it was Midnight. Ridiculously expensive and awful!

Worst company

For some time now, Microsoft has been one of the worst companies I know.
Service = ZERO, just a crappy AI chatbot or a crappy AI phone bot.
They don't help you.
Updates are now a disaster; you don't really know whether they will damage your hardware or introduce new bugs.

If there were an alternative that would allow all the programs I've been using to work, I would have switched long ago.

It's a shame that Microsoft charges so much money for such poor products.

Oh well, but the main thing is that the Office tool is gender-neutral.

This has been a year of the most hellish of hellish customer support. the biggest or one of the biggest companies on the planet. To big and too good it seems to use the third of their 5 fingers and raise it staright in customers faces. the WORST and I mean easily the WORST customer service on planet earth. There is nothing comes close, nothing!

Dear Executive Customer Relations Team,

I am making a formal complaint regarding a Microsoft account that has been inaccessible for over 12 months, while Microsoft has continued to take monthly payments of £22.99 and process in excess of £1,000 in purchases linked to that account.

The account was registered to a business email address which no longer exists, as the business has since closed. Despite repeated attempts over the past year to recover the account using Microsoft’s prescribed recovery process, I have been repeatedly rejected by automated systems and have been unable to speak to a human being at any point.

During this time:
- My son has been denied access to his Xbox account and associated services
- Microsoft has continued to debit my account monthly despite the account being locked
- Payments have continued to be taken from a card that has since expired
- Significant charges have accumulated on an account I cannot access, manage, or cancel
- No reasonable alternative support route or human escalation has been made available

The denial of my son’s access to his account while continuing to take payment represents a fundamental failure to deliver paid-for services. Combined with the continued debiting of an expired card and the absence of meaningful customer support, this constitutes a serious failure in billing governance, customer protection, and accessibility.

Unless this matter is resolved immediately, I will be instructing Smith and Grant Solicitors to take formal legal action to recover funds, restore access to services, and address Microsoft’s ongoing failure to provide adequate customer support.

In parallel, I am preparing to raise this matter publicly, including on professional platforms such as LinkedIn, to highlight the real-world impact of Microsoft’s account recovery and billing practices particularly where children are denied access and no human support is available to resolve the issue. Or where that support is prepared unhelpful regurgitated nonsense.

I am therefore requesting, as a matter of urgency:
1. Immediate suspension of all billing linked to this account
2. Restoration of my son’s full access to his Xbox account and associated services
3. A full investigation into all charges taken during the period of inaccessibility, including those taken from an expired card
4. A full refund of fees and purchases made while access was denied
5. Direct contact from a senior Microsoft representative with authority to resolve this matter

I would appreciate written confirmation that this complaint is being handled by a senior escalation or executive relations team.

I have been trying to reach a real person to help me with logging into an account. There is a weird email that does not belong to me, that shows up with my phone number. I just want someone to look into it and remove or cancel it. Seems easy enough. But their mandatary automated system takes into a labyrinth of options that lead nowhere.

More interested in harvesting your data than user experience.

They deleted my lifelong email account without notice. Say it isn't recognised. Then when I try to recreate one of the same name so that all the linked accounts won't become inaccessible, it says that that user name is already in use?!

So it doesn't work anymore. It's "not recognised" AND I can't have it because it already exists?!

Then there's Windows 11, with the enforced password to login, link to a Microsoft account, and the dark pattern invasive full screen interfaces when you restart to coerce you into giving up your personal data.

And there's no way to contact them to recover the account. It's just a dumb loop to avoid talking to the customer.

The lack of interest in user feedback, or a mechanism to enable it, explains Microsoft's decline over the last 5 years... Which corelated with when Bill Gates resigned from the board?... We miss Bill!
