I brought a aluminium pergola over 5 years ago and I have had a issue with a small working component.
Contacted them for help and the sales manager Jemma responded straight away and resolved the issue.
The parts were dispatched and received within days .

We bought a Royce Cube Pergola and we are very pleased with the service and advice we received.
We live in Sheffield, but we visited their unit near Leicester and I'm very glad we did. Staff listened to our requirements and we discussed our options fully before making enquiries to source the slightly unusual size we needed.
Communication by email was very good throughout and the process from this initial visit to fitting was just 14 days.
The price was fair and lower than others we researched. The onus was on providing what we required at a fair price and we didn't feel pressured into buying.
The fitting team were friendly and efficient and completed the installation in around 3 hours.
We would recommend the company to others wishing to buy a pergola.

I can’t rate Midlands Cane Furniture highly enough! We’ve made a couple of purchases from them, a Kettler outdoor sofa set, and more recently an Alexandra Rose patio table, chairs and cantilever parasol. Both times they have been very competitive on price, but more importantly give fantastic friendly service.

I very rarely leave reviews, however Midlands have been exceptional, and so we wanted to share our thanks and let potential customers know what a trustworthy, traditional family firm that Midlands are.

We received excellent customer service throughout our purchasing journey. Jemma went above and beyond to source our furniture, was always at the end of the phone, communicated brilliantly and always put the customer first. Darren and Rory were very professional and caring when they delivered our products, fitting us in at short notice at the end of their day, assembling the furniture and disposing of the packaging too.

We will definitely use Midlands again in the future, and have no doubt in recommending them. Thank you to everyone involved.

So glad we purchased our new Kettler Cora sofa set from this company! We had a couple of questions which were answered quickly and professionally over the telephone and the furniture arrived a few days later, extremely well packaged. It is solid, well made, and very easy to put together. Communication with this company is excellent and we definitely made the right decision buying from them. Highly recommend.

From the moment I first called and spoke with Jemma, who was so helpful and so friendly, right the way through to the pergola being built we couldnt have asked for more. Even when the build team found a very minor issue with a couple of louvres and replacements arriving i cant praise them enough.

We have had generally good experiences dealing with family-run companies over the years, but some companies really stand out. Jemma and the rest of the Midlands team outdid all the others in terms of customer service, attention to detail and overall responsiveness. It was a true pleasure dealing with them and we were totally satisfied with the experience. They not only provided excellent service, but also top-quality garden furniure as well. We are thrilled to bits with our new Fiji garden sofas, which look even better in reality than the photos we saw on line. We highly recommend them!

What a great experience dealing with this family run company. I used the website to begin my search but decided to phone and Jemma helped me to order my patio furniture, nothing was too much trouble. Ordered Sunday pm and delivered Tuesday lunchtime, an amazing service!

Excellent family run company, a good experience throughout. We were kept well informed on our furniture delivery timings and all the staff, both office and delivery were extremely helpful and friendly.

After looking at many larger garden centre furniture we couldnt find anything that was really comfortable that we wanted. We did further research and found this local company and were very impressed with the options available to us.

We visited the showroom and worked with the sales team to find the right items for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Prices are realistic and the items well made and good value.

We were kept informed at all times of the progress of the items and given a delivery date once the items were actually in store. On the day of delivery we were given a delivery slot and received a call to say they were on the way.

It’s a family run business and each of them were lovely. We would highly recommend them.
