outstanding customer service from Charlie he is very professional wish their is many of him around friendly, quick. I did call other companies before i called and have been informed that the items i am looking for were not available till march 2022, while charlie checked with the manufacturer and returned my call within 5 minutes saying that both items that i require in stock and it will be with me in 5 - 7 working days and they did arrive on the 7 working day to my satisfaction.

Fabulous customer service from Charlie who called me back on a Sunday to discuss my query which I had messaged the previous evening, provide product advice and help me to finalise the order. Was delighted that the Maze furniture we wanted was available and at a very competitive price. Smooth delivery process. Not checked items yet but love that we were assured no need to do so until ready to use which is so unusual these days. Can’t wait for the warmer weather to start using.

GF4U is one of the very best companies I have ever dealt with. Truly outstanding customer service from Charlie and Brent. GF4U very kindly honoured an original quote, which was half the correct price. The mistake was the manufacturer’s, not GF4U’s, because the wrong product code had been provided and the item I had ordered was no longer available. GF4U very kindly offered to honour the quote and supply similar items from the same manufacturer which were around twice the price. GF4U purchased the items at their full price from the manufacturer (who refused to provide the discount), meaning that they lost a significant amount on the sale. GF4U also chased the manufacturer repeatedly, ensuring that I received the items as quickly as possible. Thank you very much! Look forward to buying all future garden furniture from GF4U – a company that really cares about its customers. Almost unheard of.

Couldn't fault the product, price or service. We ordered outdoor garden furniture (after returning a set from another supplier that was poor quality). We were lucky to secure some limited stock. Charlie at GF4U was an absolute pleasure to deal with - he responded to all queries straight away. We even received our garden furniture a month ahead of schedule which means we can enjoy it for the end of the summer. I highly recommend the Maze brand of furniture and GF4U as a supplier and thank Charlie for all of his help

I don't like ordering things without seeing them but when I phoned Charlie was great. Talked me through everything and when it would be delivered. He didn't rush or pressure me. After a few days I placed my order (rattan day bed due approx 9th August and cover for it which arrived within a week). Charlie phoned me just after the 9th to let me know the courier would email me and within an hour I had the email to pick my delivery date. I can't believe how great it is. Everyone I know, who have ordered garden furniture have had their dates changed. I'll definitely be ordering more from Charlie, thanks

We waited quite a while for our rattan garden furniture to arrive and were expecting for the price to have risen due to the increased shipping costs. GF4U honoured the original price quoted and also didn't quibble over the supply of an outside furniture cover which was part of the original deal. Full marks for excellent service.

Amazing company who could supply me with the Maze Rattan furniture that no other company could. I was told it would be next year before it would be available. Then I spotted this company in Scotland and “hey presto “ it’s being delivered in June 2021!!

Just had our garden furniture delivered and we are delighted with the garden dining set . Service from Gardenfurniture4u has been first class with everything delivered beautifully packed and on schedule.
The furniture consist of a dining table and four chairs with thick comfortable pads .We are blown away with the quality of each item and have no hesitation in recommending this professional company

The team have recently added an 'In Stock Now' tab where you can search for all items that they have in stock or know are coming in stock shortly. This is great for people who need furniture quickly as most garden sets available this year are on such a long delivery, so you waste time finding something that you like, to then find out that it isn't available until September!! Very friendly team on the phone too. 100% recommended using this company.
