The quality of the item I received was as expected and I was kept up to date as to when the order was being processed then despatched. Alternative items for the self and as gifts. I am impressed by the choice they have.

Definitely recommend midnight rose emporium I brought a gift which unfortunately arrived damaged I contacted through Facebook and had a swift response ‘please send the item back we will refund postage and I’ll have another sent Monday’ I asked if possible if I could have express delivery as a gift on the Wednesday we’ll that was pulled out of the bag as arrived Wednesday late afternoon I was so pleased

As of today ( two weeks after placing the order) I have still not received my order , so I have had to find an alternative gift option for my friend who has been left without a gift for her birthday . I have no idea what the quality of your product is . It was my first order and I’m sad to say it will be my last order placed
