Joel of Midpoint's staff to guided me through the process with great patience. I probably should not have troubled him - the process is very clear and straightforward and I will definitely use the service again when the need arises.

My first experience of Midpoint couldn't have been smoother. The site was easy to use and when I did have a quick question, the chat feature was amazingly responsive. I got a great rate transferred abroad within 3 working days. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone else wanting to exchange money abroad.

If only other companies were as efficient and reliable as Midpoint. Keep up the good work.

The process while appearing cumbersome (especially rate difference between order time and receipt of funding request and the lack of a 24/6 desk) at first but is bedding in ok. Customer Service personnel (Raquel and Joel) give excellent feedback & service.

I recently used Midpoint to pay an overseas contractor. As I had a set amount in GBP to pay, the savings were passed on to my contractor which was like me paying him an extra bonus. I would highly recommend Midpoint to anyone looking to transfer money overseas.

I have to say that Midpoint are the best service I have used. The process is smooth and reliable and it's really excellent value that you get the actual mid rate with just a small admin fee. I can't believe how much money I was wasting before. I will never do a foreign transfer through the banks again!

After moving from the UK to the US, I needed to exchange the rest of my money. Previously, I had used my HSBC account and they gave me their "best" rate... but it really wasn't. On the other hand, Midpoint was well worth it. They were very responsive and answered my questions immediately via their chat. The process was fairly quick and painless and I received a significantly better rate for GBP/USD. Highly recommended!

Very good service, helps keeps costs down and despite requiring 2 transfers to complete, it is fast too.
