Cheaters, and lairs, Charge extra - dont deal with them.
shows less price on website, then charge £50-60 extra and then don't deliver. Will promise to deliver you next day and wont deliver and tell you no one was there, go and pick up from a far away depot.
another lie, I haven't had changed the product, it was the same product and I was told that you wont supply as price was wrong at the website. I have an email as a proof, (See Below).
I called at 5.08 to ask about delivery as I was promised before 5.00 pm, I was informed that some one will be there in 6 minutes. I waited and there was and no one came. Even reception was open till 10.00 pm.

Had problem with damage to product because of courier, however it was dealt with as soon as opened and another received the next day.

Still no sign of my order!
I have dealt with Midshires on two previous occasions. Once to order a Redring water boiler and the service was very good. Once more when I ordered 6 Led battens, which were very keenly priced, however, they refunded me as they said they'd priced them wrongly!
On this, my third occasion dealing with them, I'm extremely unhappy with the service. Indeed as I type this I still haven't received my order!!
I ordered a Rolec EV tester on 21/7. The payment was taken, however, I did not receive any confirmation email. I called and asked for one to be sent. Nothing arrived. I used the 'Chat' service on two separate occasions and was told my order would arrive on Friday 3/8 - Nothing. I called Rolec on two occasions also and they had only received an order from Midshires for my item on the Thursday 2/8!!!!! I emailed Midshires and mentioned the word 'complaint' and lo and behold received an email - the first - stating they'd look into it urgently. Still nothing further. So as I type this I am fuming! I have a contract to fulfil and no suitable test equipment and no sign of it arriving any time soon! To say I'm disappointed with the service is an understatement! Very poor indeed.

Was delighted to find the item I wanted a reasonable price, paid for the item only to receive and email explaining that it had been advertised at the wrong price and that they couldn’t honour the price. Very disappointing.

Excellent Customer Service
After ordering an item which I found to be broken after delivery, Midshires agreed to replace it. This turned out to be long and protracted although no blame is attached to Midshires as the supplier was found to be wanting. In particular William Chisholm (Ecommerce & Marketing) has to be praised for his diligence in chasing and successfully bringing the matter to a close.
