Great Service
The items arrived well packaged and in good time but there's no indicator as to when the package may arrive nor is there an email to say that they have been shipped.
You do get an email confirming your order I just think a bit more communication would be helpful.
I have checked the items and got them ready to install, there are no issues with the items.

Still haven’t received my products 2 weeks later have reported it to yourselfs but no response so I have filed a claim with PayPal

This order was delivered within the 14 working days as advertised for the Rolec products as they are hand made to order, it's not a general stock item.
Please revise the review as we spoke about as you were not aware of the delivery times when you ordered.

Product as described, good value, prompt delivery.
The only reason not a 5 star is because the ceiling light drill hole was lacked precision but is covered by the retaining boss and so may cause problems later.

Garden Solar Light Purchase
Ordered 12 external solar lights for back garden.
These were delivered promptly and easily erected on fence.
Although maybe not the most high end solar light, they are sturdy and fit for purpose of give a light glow to rear garden in evening.
Do exactly as the 'packet said' and wife is happy with the Tiffany Pattern.
