Placed an order weeks ago and was given an estimated delivery date, but despite multiple follow ups with their live chat and support cases raised it was never shipped from their warehouse. Even after cancelling, the order has the same estimated delivery date of weeks ago!

Do not order from mighty ape, since being purchased by Kogan they have become just another drop-shipping slop retailer who will take your money and don't care whether you get it or not. They have failed to deliver a refund in the agreed timeframe so I have had to file a charge back with my bank.

Since Kogan bought them out the experience, service, products and really the have lost the mightyape that was..if you want a basic service they provide that but every else has gone. You cannot ring them anymore. Problems online with the website and interface have significantly increased 100% . You cannot do price matching anymore. You cannot do giftcards and wrapping service (paid for not free). Overseas deliveries were so good and easy. Then they stopped all but Australia. Now even Australia has stopped. I was told to sign into Australia mightyape. That was a disaster. None of details were there. You have to redo everything. No nzd conversion and no wish list or addresses. Things go wrong most weeks and it took me 5mins of typing my email and password continually to get signed in. Complete disaster at every turn. I used to do all my nz wide Christmas festive biscuits boxes . This year they have also stopped those. They said they couldn't get stock? Well I suppose if you order from Australia you wont get the 1kg or even smaller boxes. Im a mightyape user since they started 15yrs ago and they became great under nz ownership and now complete RUBBISH under Australian ownership. Such a shame.

I purchased a game and the whole process was seamless. Excellent delivery and communication throughout.

Can't contact them about an account I never made, scam or whats going mightyape why have I got an account I never agreed to?

The website appears to be a scam. I attempted to purchase a product, only to discover that it had to be shipped from overseas, resulting in a 15-working-day delivery timeframe. Additionally, I made a full payment to Mighty Ape via PayPal. However, I found that they had configured my PayPal account for another automatic payments of $89 on three separate occasions without my authorization. I caution others to be wary of Mighty Ape, as my experience suggests it may be a fraudulent operation.

Most worst shop in new Zealand now its run by kogan and delivery has taken me 3 weeks so far this is second time in a row now the customer service dosent care and are useless they tell you not to send multiple enquiries but you have too of you wont get any response I really hope my package turns up soon feel ripped by the waiting times so far 😢

I've been a customer of Mighty Ape since the beginning. I was with them as GP Store. They had great range, great customer service. They went out of their way to get great preorder bonuses for video games.

Then Kogan bought them and turned them into a dropship store for cheap garbage. Thanks, Kogan. Won't buy again.

Worst shopping experience. Brought an expensive toy for my son's birthday and it says delivered but ive been home all day and no courier has come. It is impossible to talk to anyone from mighty ape. Only options to get hold of them are slow. This shouldn't be happening when spending decent money on things. Don't recommend this store, especially if your wanting something quick as there is no guarantee it will even show!

Easy shopping quick delivery

Ordered $1300 worth of racing sim gear from mighty ape , 3 items in total choose the express shipping option for an extra $99 which might I add was an option on every individual item we ordered.received the gear shifter in first two days which was the smallest of the items in box roughly the size of a tissue box.when inquiring about the last two items a week later we were told they were not being shipped via express shipping as they were too large and we wouldn't receive a refund as the first item we received (the smallest one) was sent via express shipping. Essentially we paid $99 for two day shipping on a tissue box size item and are receiving the standard free shipping that comes with every purchase for the last two and most expensive items, what an absolute scam. WARNING DONT TRUST THE $99 EXPRESS SHIPPING, mighty ape will not honor it or refund it! Ivy was the name or the person I spoke too from mighty ape not at all helpful or accommodating and was quite rude!.

Mighty Ape Marketplace is a total crap service ... I've be trying the explain the someone at Carla Home why I can't take photos of an internal lock mechanism.

I've been buying from Might Ape for years ... But these guys are total moneys !!!

Guess they just want us to get annoyed and give up ... I've got $100 paper weight :-)

It’s so easy to book online. All items are expertly packaged and you nearly always receive your item the next day along with regular updates on delivery. Fabulous company to deal with. I love shopping at Mighty Ape.

Be careful ordering from resellers through mighty ape- it’s no care and no responsibility. Each order has not arrived, no communication, and when I chat to mighty ape they say it’s not our product, it’s the reseller and we will ask them to contact you. It could take up to 3days. They also will not give you their contact details. Or you can call Nz post and chase it yourself. No care, absolutely no responsibility so assume returns will be a nightmare. So weeks after the order, all I can do is wait and hope to hear from the supplier.

We just received our package from couriers. We purchased a replacement head from Mighty Ape for our Philips shaver as the last one we ordered from a competitor was completely the wrong fit & shape, Evan though it mentioned it was the correct part. Mighty Ape kept us up with notifications for delivery & the part arrived a couple of weeks later as it was ordered from another country. Our shaver was worth $500 so to have found a head for it that actually works is fantastic. Mighty Ape kept us informed with tracking & answered any questions we had very quickly. We decided to go with Mighty Ape because of their trusted reviews & also because the part we needed was a good price compared to some. This is the second time we have ordered from this company & we are very comfortable to order again from them. Thanks Mighty Ape for the legit shaver head it works very well, another 10 years use we should have with our expensive shaver for less than $30.00. Honest company that look after your needs. 5 stars overall.
