Excellent service

Ordered a DVD on-line - mid afternoon. In less than 24 hours, my DVD had arrived. Exactly what I ordered & with-in the time frame that I was advised. Excellent job Mighty Ape

Don't bother

Would never order from this company again, had to cancel, gave them ample time, they didn't respond and sent anyway then told me I could return for a refund. Spent over $13 on postage only to be told I had store credit (for the item only - which cost $12) completely useless customer service, rip off now they have both the money AND the item to resell.

I will never shop with them again and I will discourage others to do so.

Careful with your details!

Ordered a Kindle via their web site. All fine.
Then received a call from the company to say they wish to confirm my address. Fine. They then ask me to confirm my card details? This sounds like a scam? How do i know who is calling me and asking for my credit card details. I ask them why they need the info again, is there a problem with my card.? No problem they would just like to know my card details again!?? Emm this must be a scam?

Apparently it is not a scam this is how they do business. Visa has warned me that I should not give my card details unless it is via their secure payment system other wise I would not be covered.

In the end I gave up and took my custom elsewhere...be warned and be careful.

Incompetent.

I will start by saying I had ordered once prior to the order this review is about, and had no problems at all (Although it is worth mentioning I ordered Day One edition of a game, and received the Ten Year anniversary edition instead, though I was not fussed).

My most recent experience, however, was dire. It started with a supply problem, and lead to a while goose chase. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, and I was being chased for money I had paid for more than a week after having paid it. I was palmed off to multiple different customer service staff, who told me conflicting information with payments. I was going to cancel the order the day it was shipped - fortunately for them. That was still almost 2 weeks after paying for an in stock item.

tl;dr I would struggle to order from Mighty Ape again. Very disappointed.

Perfection.

I don't look at the time of delivery because I become really inpatient. It came to me in perfect condition, perfectly packaged and from a website that was a complete utter mystery to me. Well done Mighty Ape, I didn't have to struggle to sign up for Amazon to get an American product.

They can't even cancel an order.

Made a mistake and accidently ordered something that I didn't want. Thought that, when I got the Email saying that my order would "not be processed or shipped until it has been reviewed by our support staff.", that that would be the end of it and everything would be fine.

Now Please keep in mind I placed the order at about 7:28ish PM and the cancellation request was acknowledged at about 7:35 PM same night. (This is important to note here as it shows just how bad Mighty Ape was with me).

Next day after I get home from work I checked my email to see if they confirmed my order was cancelled. Instead what I got was an email saying "Unfortunately this order has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you." WITHOUT any email confirming the order had been shipped between 7:28 PM and 7:35 PM. Instead, I got an email at roughly 2 in the afternoon that stated that my order had finally been shipped. AFTER I HAD BEEN TOLD IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

In all, there exists no words within all human languages that can accurately express how upset and unhappy I am with Mighty Ape and it's Support staff.

Excellent serivce

I have never purchased anything from Mighty Ape before, but when looking for new headphones their name came up on the shopping google search with the product I was looking at. Used the live chat service which was really good. Customer service person there very prompt with responses. I asked whether they could do a better price on the headphone. Which they can if you ask for a review and assume if you can give another suppliers price for them to match. Anyway they actually directed me to another similar item which was cheaper which is what I ended up buying. Same model, but it was branded to be used for PS4 , but could be used for PC which was what I was after. Now in actual fact the Ps4 version retails for more than the multi platform one I was looking at, but Mighty Ape had it at 119%discount. You cant knock that.

They rang me to confim my mailing address yesterday morning and they shipped that day. The item arrived just now at 11.30am . From NZ to AUS. Amazing.

Top marks Mighty Ape your staff are friendly and top notch. Also in the package was another $10 off on a next pruchase. Headphone box undamaged arrived through dhl. Didnt want to wait so paid the little extra for fast delivery. $17 Aus for express postage is cheap.

I highly recommend giving Mighty Ape a go when purchasing items on line.

Extremely happy with the site

I am very happy with the overall performance. Great prices, Fast delivery and worthwhile products. Whilst having issues with other sites I haven't had an issue with Mighty Ape and will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Pre order

I preordered over watch, expecting the game to arrive on the day or day after the game was released instead I won't be receiving the game until 5 days after the game was released(I know this because of postal tracking)

Happy with Mightyape 2016.

I love being able to order gifts for my granddaughter who is an American Australian! Then just paying the nominal "local" postal rate and her receiving the product(s) within a few days.

I just recommended Mightyape to my sister in Texas, USA so she can get things for this amazing granddaughter of mine.

2nd time buyer, Great service

I have returned to mighty ape as a second time buyer for their great selection and range of boardgames, low prices (seriously I looked all over the Internet), shipping is fast and cheap (no additional postage for additional items!) and the parcel is packed securely.
