Always quick with delivery i am really happy

I recently bought the 'Born to Dance' Blu Ray disc. It took a while searching for the movie online, especially for shipping to Fiji.

The movie is amazing! Great choreography....no surprise since Parris Goebel is at the helm of creativity. The whole family watched the movie the day it arrived.

I've purchased a few model kits through Mighty Ape. Always sent promptly and no problems with packaging or delivery.
I had one problem where the kit box contents were incorrect, which is in no way the fault of Mighty Ape. All they required were some photos of what was incorrect sent by email. (One set of parts duplicated and one missing.)
They then promptly sent the missing parts.
So not only are they decent when everything works but they also make it easy when things don't work.
This has made for a very easy relationship which I'm quite happy to continue.

I Found this web site by accident and I would have to say,over the years they have has some great stuff. Some times they are a little expensive but this makes up for the amount of items they have on there Web Site and the service they provied including returns or questions.

My parcel is coming from New Zealand to Australia.
Fine, I can deal with that.
But when, almost TWO WEEKS after it was sent, it still hasn't gotten here, I get somewhat concerned.
Online chat customer service says we'll launch an investigation.
Ok, that's good.
Not so good when I call Australia Post 2 days later and find out that there's no point lodging an investigation with them as the parcel has either NOT been sent or is NOT in Australia.
So back to online chat I go to inform them of my recent findings.
I was told in a very patronising fashion that they 'were sorry I was told this and that an investigation had been lodged'.
When I repeated what Australia Post had told me, I was completely ignored and chat was abruptly ended.

After a week of not hearing anything, the FB Mighty Ape Customer Service replied to my comment.
Spencer, within a week of first contact, had gotten my parcel to me with no hassles.
He is such a credit to the company and they should be so proud to have him working for Mighty Ape.
Spencer was extremely helpful and accommodating and was so driven to make sure that the problem was solved and I got my delivery.
He organised fast post too, which was awesome of him.
It is because of Spencer that I will again purchase from Mighty Ape.
