Best trial experience ever...
If the tech support in the trial is any indication of full version, we are sold! We are using the business trial of Mightycall to see if it meets our needs, and so far, it is an extremely pleasant experience. Every question or issue we had has been expertly supported by support chat. MightyCall system have technical…
MightyCall system have technical limitations and do not support TCP, so I was not able to use Zoiper softphone. Tech support team blamed ISP and did nothing to help. No refund.
It is okay to deliver partial service, but customer have to be informed about it before purchase, that never happened with MightyCall.
Not recommended.
