I am giving Sam a rating of 5/5 stars. The issue happened on a Friday afternoon. I was not able to make a call because of microphone compatibility issue. After all efforts were exhausted, I was ready to give up. Sam suggested that it must be my ISP blocking my Mighty Call connection. I did not take it seriously because why would my ISP block it, right? After two days, I tried to reset my router so I was able to make phone calls again. The following day, Sam asked me if there are still any issues. I told him that he was right in saying that it was an ISP problem. I am giving him 5 stars for the full support and patience.

Overall we are very happy with MightyCall. The system is flexible and easy to use. The functionality is excellent. The only issue we have some times is with the Android mobile app. We have found that the calls are not always received by the mobile app and this only happens on some Android devices. So we have compensated by having it ring the app and mobile number at the same time so we do not miss any calls. Before we transitioned our phone system to MightyCall, we researched a lot of companies. Mighty call seemed like the best fit and we are please with the system.

Good service and very good support
Good service, quality-price speaking. Support is very good, someone is ready to pick the phone at any moment even on Sundays. It's not perfect but they seem to care to improve, although there are some minor bugs that have stayed even after reporting them. If you have a small to mid-size call center, this is the best option for you

MightyCall is a marvelous rising star…
MightyCall is a marvelous rising star in this industry. Their software is extremely cutting edge with functionality you couldn't hope to find with competitors like Ooma and Google voice. Their call quality is perfect and their device compatibility is better than competitors. Pricing is the best in the industry, there is no better price plan on the market if you are deploying a cloud PBX. The only thing I would say is lacking ever so slightly is call routing can sometimes hang up and cause in-bound calls to be lost. We have had the service for 4 months and this has only happend once or twice that we know of. Competitor services we tested had similar results but 10x the price tag. Honestly for a cloud based PBX system these quirks are well within expectations. I highly recommend MightyCall and I encourage them to keep their awesome pricing. We will be recommending and selling them to our customers in the future.

Not reliable
Mightycall has deleted all entries in my journal and doesnt notify me of new texts though they show up briefly in my notifications on my phone. I have to log into the web portal to read and reply to text messages from my clients and no longer have any record of calls or texts in the app. Mightycall has always been spotty on receiving incoming texts and calls, but in its current state it is no longer a viable option for my business.
