Stay away from them, won't give reason for termination
I signed up with them in 2019. After using them for few weeks, our numbers were purged. I switched from Line2 due to pricing. $39.99 for 5 Toll-Free or local numbers sounded great with unlimited users.
They purged our numbers and said we violated their terms, they wouldn't even tell the reason or actual violation. Just wouldn't, I had ported my number over from Line2, meaning if Line2 had kept our number for over 2 years without any issue, meaning our pattern was nothing different. The only thing we could think of was probably texting, we use texting to send our customers subscription payment reminders or troubleshooting them via text. After I had told them I would also not like to have my business with MightyCall that they wouldn't even share or give warning that was violation were we doing. Afterwards, they agreed to release my toll-free number that I had with Line2 originally and I ported it out finally.
After doing some research into Bandwidth.com (a wholesale provder, very likely could be MightyCall also uses them), I found out that texting cost VOIPs significantly, so Bandwidth prefers not to keep someone who does a lot of messaging but voice calls mostly but still they advertise unlimited texting on their plans. I DO NOT recommend Mightycall. Shady business.

BIG TECH for a Small Business!

Recommended for small businesses, Great Customer Support
For our small business MightyCall has been great. Much easier to deal with than the larger complicated VOIP providers. The user interface is pretty easy to navigate, it's fairly rich in features, and best of all the customer service has been very quick and responsive. The Live Chat is really handy and it's a small team on the other end so you get an individual human to troubleshoot with, not an automated system. I'd recommend them for small businesses who need a slick phone system that's easy to administer and is much better value than some of the giants in this industry.

Bad Service.
This service makes you pay just to reserve a number and you have to give it your phone number to even get a number as well. Plus the customer support is bad and I am never going to use this excuse of a phone service ever again.

I requested MightyCall to switch the current local numbers that I already linked to my personal free trial account to our non-profit organizations new mighty call account - to make sure our community members can continue to contact us from the number we have been using to contact them. They charged me without authorization for service I wasn't using and wanted to cancel, but they made it super difficult to cancel the trial. Worst experience ever!!! Customer service literally don't give a.. about you!

I so wanted to like this company, especially considering it doesn’t charge per user and is loaded with features. However, you start with one charge in end up paying another. Too, the app is extremely difficult to get signed into, it’s inconsistent with the online set up, and phone doesn’t ring through the app. It rings straight through to my mobile phone. I gave it 2 stars because cancelling was no hassle and they didn’t bombard me with sales talk to convince me to stay. It looks good on paper, but imo, it simply didn’t deliver.

Mighty call was good but it has now changed for the worst....the app needs work. It's too easy for local competition to hack or steal or use your account....the only plus is you can change your number whenever you need to and you can have up to 5.
