Misleading Scams

Misleading. First they offer you a 7 day free trial. You pick a box that has your chosenn plan in it, as well as 7-day free trial. $49.99 tax included in the price..that is US $, nothing to warn you if you are in Canada...no free trial...charged $65.00 immediatley, and they do not do refunds!

Some good, some bad, overall on the good side...

One thing I have to say about MightyCall is that the chat service is always available when I need it and the person on the other end is always knowledgeable. A couple things I don't like. The app is sometimes very slow to load history/activity. Not being able to text emojis and photos is very frustrating. Many client interactions happen via text and not being able to do this is very annoying. I make a lot of outbound calls and generally on an Android phone and it generally always works. Some good, some bad, overall comes out on the good side.

im using it now but choppy on androids

im using it now. price is good for unlimited users and unlimited calls but what good is it when the call quality is choppy. internet speed we have is decent, but when android phone is being used, the person on other line complains that they can hardly hear us and that its choppy. when i use it on an iphone people dont complain but when my agents are making calls using an android phone people complain. ive taled to support and they didnt really fix the issue

Mobile App Issues, Website works well

Having some ongoing technical issues with the mobile app, desktop site seems to work well. Agent helped some, still have some issues to solve and another organization user who uses android keeps having mobile app crash

Calls don't forward. Can use desktop app.

Desktop app doesn't work. Call quality is terrible when calls actually go through. Customer service was okay but also couldn't fix my issues because their internal service team (unsurprisingly) has no trouble with the service. Would not recommend this service at all.

Not a usable app. Lots of problems

The techs are good but the service itself sucks. The app works about 90 to 95 % when answering calls. It drops calls in mid conversation and rings once and goes to the answer machine often. THE SPP IS NOT USABLE. It isn’t just my phone but others at my workplace. WiFi or data makes no difference
