I have two pairs of Miista shoes
I have two pairs of Miista shoes, one heeled boots and one sling back sandals. They are both super comfy and I can lit walk in them all day. The quality is great and you can tell that they are beautifully made with care. Customer service is also amazing. Someone stepped on my heel while I was walking up the stairs and damaged the sole of the heel, Miista sent me a replacement sole of the heel immediately and it was super easy to fix and I’ve had no issues since. Would highly recommend the brand 10/10.

looks great, but stains badly
After wearing them only twice, the dye transfer has been so strong that my socks turn completely black every time. Unfortunately, I can no longer wear them because of this issue :(

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with your Mego Mules. As we’ve also explained in our email to you, the leather used is vegetable-tanned, and with darker colors, it is normal for some initial dye transfer to occur. This can happen especially in the first wears, as the material is still settling and any excess pigment may release.
The good news is that this type of transfer typically stops once the leather has fully settled and the excess dye has come off.
One thing we’ve found very helpful in the meantime is using a thin insole, as it creates a barrier between the leather footbed and your socks.
