I bought Kristi clogs in navy crinkle. I wore them around the house with white socks for a short while and then went on a 45 minute walk in them in light-green socks in 15 degrees, dry conditions. They bled dye into both pairs of socks. I wrote to the customer service and they offered a 15% refund (31 euro), which I didn't find appropriate. I wore them another day to the office with black socks -- 18 degrees day, no rain, mostly indoors -- and they bled dye so bad it stained my feet through the socks. I responded asking for a higher partial refund and got offered a 100 euro store credit instead. Given my bad experience, I'm not about to spend more money on their shoes.
When I pushed back on it the manager got involved and withdrew the 15% partial refund offer, keeping the store credit on the table, stressing that they won't assist me any further. The most audacious claim was that "Kristi has vegetable tan leather lining, which natural material is intentionally left untreated by synthetic finishing agents to maintain its organic character and long-term durability. This choice can, in rare cases, result in dye transfer, especially in the presence of moisture, heat, or friction - however this is also varied against the individual and the personal body performance."
"Moisture, heat, or friction" are exactly the conditions under which shoes are worn. And they didn't want to exchange my pair for another one, saying that I'll likely make the same experience, meaning they know their shoes are bleeding dye consistently. I don't see why they call it a "rare case" then.
I find it quite dishonest to sell a 210 euro clog that's known to bleed dye and then be defensive about a customer finding it less than optimal.

Amazing experience ordering online ( I already know the shop in París & they’re great as well).
Everything went super smooth & I received the order within 2 days.
They had written by hand a small thank you note which is lovely & super thoughtful. Love this brand & the pieces they make with heart !

I purchased the Miista Zita loafers, and I must say, they are fabulous! The shoes are stylish, top-quality, and made from extremely luxurious leather.
Unfortunately, the size I ordered was too small. The issue is not with the shoe itself, but with my foot size, which falls between two sizes. While size EU 40 was tight, I was concerned that ordering the next size up, EU 41, might result in shoes that were too big.
I reached out to customer service and interacted with Ines first (and Claudia then). I must say, their service was as magnificent as the quality of the shoes! They were both incredibly helpful, providing sizing advice, how the shoes should fit, the availability of exchanging them for a larger size, and other options, all favouring client satisfaction and needs.
Overall, I give this experience 5 stars!

I’ve got a couple of pairs from Miista now and honestly I love all of them. The attention to detail is so good and every pair feels really unique. The brand has such a strong character and design style you can usually tell when someone’s wearing Miista without even looking properly. Love

I was at the London sample sale today and the experience was beyond amazing. The space was well organized, the staff were genuinely helpful and warm, and the selection was broader than I expected, spanning several seasons with sizes available across the range. I will definitely be back!
