I have two pieces that I got from the…
I have two pieces that I got from the Paris store, and I really love them. They are elegant, comfortable, and very well designed.
However, when I first wore the boots, I got a mark on my skin at the end of the zipper on one side. Three months later, I still have the mark.
Second, I wish the soles didn’t make noise when walking.

Bad quality
I don’t think the shoes are high quality. My boots broke 3 weeks after receiving them - the zipper fell of on one shoe and the zipliner broke open on the other…. That is unacceptable for a pair of 265 euros shoes. Miista refuses to return my money. Instead they will repair them, which is fair, but my guess is that they will break again. Beautiful design, but very bad quality. Also be aware that shoes bought on sale are non-refundable. You have to exhange for another pair. I wasn’t paying attention to that. I think that their customer service is replying fast, which is very nice.

They have the greatest design and quality shoes. Only, they should improve their return process. Currently you can only get a gift card for the amount you’ve paid if you send something back. A complete refund should be nothing I have to to discuss every time

Quality and sizing has changed…
I will forever long for my old Miista Oliana E8 boots from 3 years ago. They aren’t the same shoes anymore. It’s sort of impossible to get into the shoe, the heel part is too tight. Also the quality has gradually dropped. Too bad!

I love your social media! Your content is top-notch! I love that the shoes are made by real people’s hands; what’s more, I can actually see them creating my shoes!
I love being noticed because of your shoes because I don’t like being part of the mass. Even when one pair of my Miistas got damaged after just one use, I never thought negatively. Instead, I thought, “It’s okay, they were made by hand!”

High quality exceptional shoes
I have quite a few pairs of Miista's already (to be exact - six) and I enjoy wearing them a lot. I like the unique style and quality and I understand the price ranges for the different products. I truly recomend Miista to stylish and bold ladies. Even my daughter wants and already has one pair of Miistas.
Even though my last order did not go as smoothly as I expected - I received a wrong size and had to make a return and I could not get the style, because it was alredy sold out. But Customer service prooved to be efficient, I received quick refund and waiting till this style returns, maybe in a different form.

5 Years Later and Still My Favourite Shoe Brand
I’ve been buying shoes from Miista for around 5 years now, and I genuinely love the brand. The quality of the shoes is great, they last for years, and their designs are always unique and creative. I also really love their campaigns and overall artistic direction.
One thing I appreciate is that the online descriptions are honest and accurate, so what you receive matches the expectations. Many of the shoes are also surprisingly comfortable while still looking stylish and original.
I’ve also visited their physical shop several times and the customer service has always been lovely. The whole experience, atmosphere, and environment in-store feel very curated, welcoming, and inspiring.
A brand that really keeps its identity and creativity while maintaining quality.
