Sold defective product

Sold defective product, DENIED return. Had to go through credit card company to get my money back. They replied with "We are unable to cover any damages claimed on any product regardless of where the client claims the damage occurred". So they think it's perfectly acceptable to sell damaged products.

Seriously, save yourself some hassle and money and order somewhere else. THEY DO SELL ON AMAZON, EBAY, ECT. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T GET IT THERE EITHER.

Great experience on their website.

I placed an order on their website, and except for a small mix up where I did not get my tracking number until I contacted their support I have nothing but great things to say about my experience.

The price was right and it was sent out the day after my order was placed. It arrived safe and quick.

I'll recommend Mike's Computer Shop to friends and family in the future.

Absolutely the worst computer shop in…

Absolutely the worst computer shop in Canada with CARELESS people. When they want to sell anything to you, they beg you however when you need anything regarding your purchase they don't know you! They don't care about customers and you as a customer exist to them exactly until you fully pay the price, then you change to a NO ONE!
Recently purchased an Asus GTX NVIDIA 1080 ti graphic card for +$1100 from them; the card didn't have any user manual also after a while (15 days) double checked their website and saw not only the card is in a cheaper price also there is a promotion code with purchasing it which has been started the day after I purchased it. I called them and explained the situation and mentioned I didn't receive anything for a such high end graphic card not even a singly user manual. Jude (one of their rep) reluctantly said I don't do anything as you purchased it 1 day before it. I replied in case I am gonna return it; he replied today is 1 day after return policy! I said I understand but whats this attitude? He replied I don't care! This is happened while when I was searching to purchase a graphic card I received several follow up emails from them to purchase it directly from their Abbotsford branch.
Anyway we are looking to purchase different parts for a medical centre. This is how a useless and careless employee can reject a +$50k deal for a ~$50 game promotion code!

Don't even think about purchasing anything from these careless computer shop.

bad customer service

bad customer service. Bought mobo and it was broken as I got it. Refused to refund. Only option was to replace which I had to pay to send and wait for them to "review". Refusing a refund is illegal in canada... how are they still in business.

Do not expect any type of refunds, support, price matches, exchanges. Terrible attitude no professionalism.

My first order was fine, second order I was refused a price guarantee on some very expensive items that came on sale the day after I ordered. Third order was hell. I'm still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks, they won't reply to emails, and when they do they don't do anything. I've asked multiple times for a refund, and I still haven't got it. My order is back ordered, nobody told me until I contacted them, and nothing has been done yet. This was supposed to be for Christmas gifts ordered before the deadline! They were even listed as in stock!

Do not buy from this seller if you want …

Do not buy from this seller if you want reliable service. This seller lists items as in stock when they do not have them in stock. Once they realize they cant fulfill the order, they cancel orders without giving any compensation. They canceled my order after 4 days(2 business days) of waiting. Stay away from this seller.

BEWARE Buying From Mike's!

-PLEASE don't buy from Mike's. Check the negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau site!
-Then google ALL the complaints they have on many other sites!
-They are a most challenging company to deal with, don't stand behind their old, open & used products, & either ignore or delay any customer interactions via phone or email.
-BEWARE in buying from them as they sell old, used or open products.
-You won't get a proper refund, they give the run-around & should be avoided at all costs.
-Research carefully before buying from Mike's.

They Sell USED items and say they're NEW

On the morning of April 20, 2010 I purchased a computer video card for $72.25 with taxes. Upon taking the product home I discovered it was NOT new and had been USED, but was sold as a New product. I did NOT used the product and returned it to the store on April 21, 2010. The clerk, named Stuart Raven, was very rude when I asked for a refund because the product was not even new. He insisted on refunding me in cash instead of issuing the refund back to my back card. When I counted the returned money it was only $61.40, short $10.85. I asked for my FULL refund he refused stating a 14% "restocking fee." This "fee" was NOT on my initial receipt. When I asked for a copy of my original receipt Stuart instead printed off a NEW receipt but not before he CHANGED the original price of the product to reflect the lower amount. My first complaint is that they sold me an itemed claimed as NEW when in fact it was USED. My second complain is that they refused to provide me with a FULL refund for the item. My third complaint is the complete lack of professionalism and customer service shown by Stuart Raven.

Acer Aspire One & Mainboard/CPU

Bought a Mainboard & CPU and they called me the same day. Offered to test the combo before they shipped since I live in Alberta. Received the product TESTED at no extra cost. Also bought a recertified Aspire one. Works perfectly and has full warranty. Had to verify my Paypal to my shipping address. Took 1 Day to do but was the only way they would ship.
