This company is horrible. I ordered a coat and a purse. Right after ordering, I happened upon bad reviews of the place, so I request a cancellation. They emailed me and said they'd"try" to catch the shipment. A week later I got a shipping notice. I emailed them back and they said "just try it and if you don't like it, we'll give a refund". So like an idiot, I opened the package and the purse was the wrong purse and the coat was cheaply made. I emailed them to say I wanted a refund and 50+ emails later they only offered to refund 50%. Also, they claimed the purse was the same one I ordered. I have the receipt from them and a pic of the order they sent. Anyone can see they aren't the same. I opened a case against them at PayPal and won. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Certified, unmitigated garbage. Nonexistent customer service. Garments are unspeakable trash; my Charter jacket arrived with two ragged inseam tears and fit more like an urban parachute than tailored, stylish outwear. Hysterically terrible on every imaginable level.

I was concerned about the negative posts on trustpilot and how Milan seemed to be associated with Nordstrom. But I was actually really very pleased with the product when it arrived. Took a while, from China. But the 'Milan Charter Jacket' was stylish, different, and pretty good quality.

I have paid since the 28st of January. The goods were never shipped. Never replied my emails to cancel the order. They denied charge back from the bank this delaying my refund. To this day when I track order from their website status shows that goods have never been shipped. Knowing that these are cheap replicas is one thing. But never shipping nor replying is another This is pure theft. Fraud case. Avoid at all costs.

Just lost $107+ from this company. The 2 items I ordered were definitely not anything like what I ordered. The quality was awful, zippers wouldn’t work, etc. I’ve been emailing the company, wanting to return the items, the last email I got from them was an offer of 25% off what I paid. Definitely would not recommend ordering anything from them! Will update when this is finished as I’m not laying down for them!

Total scam. Not a Nordstrom.product! Pictures deceiving. No make tags..or size tags...a small size floats on me!! I waited amonth and a half for this poorly made piece of crap!!! I am so pissed at myself! I don't think anyone would even wear this crap if I gave it away!!!

This site is a SCAM. Ordered a coat and is NOTHING like the picture on their site. I will never wear it. Looks ridiculous! There are no return instructions. I have e-mailed them - not sure if I will get a response! Extremely disappointed.

I wish there was a rating of zero (0). What I received is in no way representative of the item I saw online. As a previous review states I thought this company was affiliated with Nordstrom. I have only reached out one time to request return information. I do not expect to receive a positive response so I plan to contact my bank for help in hopefully initiating a charge back.

This site does not even deserve a one star.. I ordered from it because I thought it was affliated with Nordstrom ..I have exchanged several emails with the company and have sent photos as requested. Next step my credit card company to stop payment.

Bought a green coat and LOVE it. The coat looks stylish and can go with any outfit during the winter & fall.

Jacket was oversized by at minimal two sizes. I have emailed several times over the past month about returning the product and have received no response at all. I would never order from this store again.

If there were negative stars I would give this company a minus 10 stars. The coat I ordered is made of some alien weird fabric, threads were hanging out all over it, sizing completely off and an offer of a 25% refund was their best offer

This business is a total scam. They are not Nordstrom. They are a 3rd party vendor from China that peddles cheap goods that are nothing like what are advertised. They do not have a money back guarantee, and do not provide "free returns" as advertised. They force you to return your goods to China, then only offer a very small fraction of the total amount of sale as a refund. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate in the U.S, however, there is no U.S. law to protect consumers. Do not patronize these people unless you enjoy wasting a lot of time and energy, or don't mind being ripped off.

I didnt even want to post 1 star- this company is a fraudulent company- bait and switch- absolutely no customer service ! I pursued them for a month to get a refund- the only way I did was to repeatedly put the word out on Facebook- I am amazed at how many others have been ripped off by them- I am on a mission to stop them from selling in US- keep putting out the truthfull reviews- let's stop these thieves!

No return support email is no good. China scam

I don't understand why Facebook allowed scammers advertising on their platform.I purchased a coat for $199.99 since 1/31/22 still now i haven't heard from the company.

Ordered 3 items. One way too small not per sizing chart. Buttonholes too small for buttons. Fair at best. Second is complete crap. Fabric and styling looks nothing like as advertised. Third item never came! I fell for the Nordstrom in the name and assumed they were affiliated. I got taken.

Made me think I was dealing with Nordstrom when in fact they are a scam. I used PayPal and I am awaiting a response from them. Products have no labels or sizes and they want to offer you a 25% return on a purchase of $213.00. Stay clear of these people as they are a big scam artists and I am surprise that PayPal has not shut them down.

Terrible quality. The fabric is crab and wrinkly. I will never wear this. They claim this is just poor lighting when I sent them pictures.

Total scam. They make you think you are ordering from Nordstrom but then you find out that it is being shipped from China. Item received is nothing like the pictures. Very cheap quality and good luck getting your money back.
