Not related to Nordstrom!!! Products are totally misrepresented and total crap. Their sizes are way off and they make returns next to impossible!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Crap crap crap items. I tried within one hour of order to cancel because I realized defrauded-too late. Items arrived after weeks with button holes too small for button, crap quality fabric; a sweater too short made of mystery fabric with no labels as to content or care. Wish I had found reviews first.

I tried to cancel my order an hour after I made it.
They wouldn't cancel it. Offered a 20% discount.
The clothing was not made of the type of material advertised, poor quality.

Beware! Don't order from this company. It is a scam. I most likely will never see my money they stole from me. Items they sent were not what I ordered. It was a nasty costume replica of the real item from Nordstrom's. I cried when I opened the package up. Of coarse they are giving me the run a round. They never sent me an order slip and won't reply to em mails. I was stolen from. I will report them to all and anyone I can!!!!!

DO NOT buy anything from this site! The coats LOOK good in the photos, but they ill-fitting and of the cheapest quality ever. They use a logo that looks like Nordstrom's - but they are NOT Nordstrom! It is misrepresentation at best, fraudulent advertising at its worst. I bought a coat which I will NEVER wear! What a waste! Do NOT buy from this site!

MilanMalls is not legit! Using the Nordstrom name in their ads to make them appear to be, but they are not! Their items are direct from China, is of very poor/cheap quality, looks nothing like advertised ... false advertising.

Try getting a refund for any reason, they will only refund you 20% of your order.

Do Not order from this fake, false advertising company!

Wrong size, no response, etc. Completely a scam. I blame myself for once again falling for these Chinese slimebags and the American importers who use them. Any site that doesn't give a return address has to be a scam. If they included one, it wouldn't remain an address for long.

I Bought a puffer jacket from them but it was too small I have tried all the usual channels to be able to return it and get a size larger with no luck for over 2 months, none of their return email addresses work I have been sending messages via the order web site but still no reply despite I know they are being sent, I cannot understand them because I genuinely like the product, can anyone help please.

I just received two out of four items today.
It took a while to get them and I am very pleased with my order. I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN.

I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED AND WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP THE MESS BACK TO CHINA BUT IF I KEEP IT THEY WILL GIVE ME $5. I PAID $40 WHY WOULD I TAKE $5. TO SHIP TO CHINA COST WAY TOO MUCH MONEY AND THEY KNOW IT. THEY SEND SOME CHEAP REPLICA OF WHAT YOU ORDERED AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEY MONEY. IM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AS WELL AND WHOEVER ELSE WILL LISTEN.

I give this company and 0!!! Do NOT buy from them. I ordered an item from them 2 months ago and I emailed the email sent with the confirmation order and They never responded. This is a Scam!! Do NOT order from them!!

I placed a order a month ago and they have not responded or anything. This company is fraudulent. Please don't purchase anything from them.

What they advert is not what they send you. Got something in silk but they send polyester. Dont buy from them. This sites should be banned because they take peoples money.

This company is terrible in the quality of clothing that they provide. What the advertise is not what you receive. The clothing look like costume material and the sizes are off. They also advertise returns... but as they stated in there email.. that the clothes have to be returned to China and that is very expensive and the customer is responsible for that expense. They have no problem with the false advertisement. Do not shop here. I am also sure that they go by many different names. Beware!!!

I ordered a body shaper from Milan. When I got it, it wasn’t at all what was shown in the video advertisement! I was very displeased with the product they sent because the main thing I bought it for was not even a part of the product I received! I was later told that they used someone else’s product ad to sell a very low standard product!

I ordered a tie dye maxi dress about a month ago and never received it. Don't order from this site it's not legit at all. They took my money off of my card, but I never received my item. 😒

This company is not sending the clothes shown in pictures. I ordered a denim skirt set and they sent me polyester instead . Its not worth trying to get a refund. I’ll take this “L” But I won’t be ordering from them again. Buyers Beware

I placed an order with them on January 25th. As of today May 11th I have still not received my items. They have sent numerous emails asking me to file a claim with the post office ✅ done, local police department ✅ done.

After all that I still haven't received a new order or a refund.

Stay away, not worth the hassle!
