I love this store! They have a great selection, especially now with the new summer styles.

This dress is gorgeous! The fabric is beautiful and it fits like a glove. My only suggestion would be to include a safety pin for the train!

I bought two pairs of shoes, one pair of shiny patent leather shoes and another sneaker, and the sizes are right. The shiny patent shoes is very comfortable and the workmanship is also very good. I have worn them for a month without any signs of debonding.

Milanoo was disappointing. I thought it was a French site but once I ordered I realized it was a French front for a Chinese company. I ordered 1 dress because only one return was allowed. It was a lovely design and the fit was good, but the fabric was disappointing. Not classy. I wanted to return the dress but the site makes it very difficult and expensive. In the end, I accepted a refund for a fraction of what I had spent on the dress, shipping and Belgian customs costs: 45 euros out of 250. Ordering directly from China via any company: it’s a Mila-NO.

Last week I bought a pair of shoes, but it didn't match my dress, so I found customer service and wanted to return it. And she immediately refunded me and recommended other more suitable shoes for my dress. Thanks.

Aside from the issue with the size of one pair of sneakers, the service has been great. Although I had to wait until the end of May for the correct pair, I'm satisfied.

I was worried my dress wouldn't arrive beore my event as I ordered it 2 weeks prior. I WhatsApped customer service on Friday, and they promised to mail it on Monday with free expedited 2-day shipping! Very impressed, would order again!

I needed a Victorian-style dress for a party I’m holding. The quality of the dress was outstanding.I was hesitant at first as a new customer. However, the dress was made from scratch & sent out within two weeks. Happy with quality and their service.

The quality of the fabric is really good, especially for the price. The only thing I didn't like very much is that having ordered several pairs of shoes, there are quite a few size differences between them, but luckily it didn't cause any problems for me. I also got customs insurance which was a good idea, and the refund for the customs fee was super fast.

The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever encountered. This company is a scam. The shoes I ordered were not true to size (about 4 sizes too small) which the company were not willing to acknowledge was their problem. They say you can return items but trust me it’s pointless- you have to pay for shipping to China, record delivery, send them a copy of the return receipt and tracking number and even then they will not consider a refund until you request it (again) once you know they have received the item. Then they ‘quality control’ check the item and withhold the right not to refund. AND worst of all they will deduct 15% off the original price no matter what as they say they only make one of every item so it will have been restocked unnecessarily!

Think I’ll just give my shoes away to someone who can fit into them…. Or maybe il burn them to make me feel better!☺️

Very happy with the purchase and among other things it was also delivered earlier than expected.

A Word of Caution!

Dear customer, do not be lured by the low prices. The quality of these products is lower than any rags you might find at a local market, yet they often cost even more. You will not receive a refund unless you return the shipment, which in Germany can cost between 48-65 EUR. The customer service is very rude and intimidating. Unfortunately, I cannot add screenshots of the conversation here, in which the customer service wrote:

"Wenn Sie Ihre Bewertung löschen, können wir Ihnen eine volle Rückerstattung gewähren (169,45€)."

I lost a lot of nerves and money. My lawyer is looking into this matter, and I have also tried to contact the German consumer inspector, as what this company is doing is fraud, but I have not received any response yet.
there is no return address information anywhere on this website , or about the cost of that !

I have lost 50 Euros and faith in justice.

It’s a website of fake items, they post images that look good as they have stolen these images from website, when you receive your orders it’s not anything like what you see on their website!
There is no customer service number or email, no clear refurna options and no one replies your DM’s.
Thankfully I paid by Klarna so I’ve had to report the issue to them. I ordered shoes in a. Size 39 which is clearly on my email order confirmation, but yet they sent me shoes all in a size 40!! They shoes look nothing like what no saw online! Cheap rubber soles, the shoes are so cheaply made they curl up!! It’s so frustrating as my entire order came to £164!!!
They should not be allowed to sell online or even be a legit company as they are fake and just send your awful products you NEVET ordered!!

Find it suspicious that I can't log in, email or call about my damaged " goods"!

I have seen some bad reviews, but i have ordered several soccer jerseys from them and they have all been great. My kids love them, the shipping takes a bit, but other than that they have all fit great and looked awesome. I have even had to email and change the size and it was no problem, i did change it before it was sent, but they told me no problem and got it changed right away.
