efficient prompt service.. web site is user friendly

All good. I know having milk delivered is more expensive but I like it. And the range of other things I can order is handy.

Excellent website, easy to browse or find new items. No problem amending orders. Always swift to acknowledge any change.

Delivery has been 100percent. If an item cannot be delivered..v rare. have always received an e mail to advise me. Been with Milk and More for many years and delivery comes promptly in all weathers. Good selection of foodstuffs.dairy etc.Be lost without the service.

I really value the milk delivered to my door I know barring the unknown that it will be there I do not have to carry it from town and as I am elderly this means a lot

Some things need to be improved in regards to quality and online services.
It should be easier to remove things from your deliveries.
I removed some items only have to have them delivered again. The first time I removed them, I did not receive a receipt that it had been removed. I think this is why they were delivered again.
I have removed them again and hopefully won't receive them this time. I have received an email receipt saying that they have been removed.
The fruit and veg box is what we have stopped getting. Opening the box to some rotten fruit and veg is not nice. When I rang there was a slight implications made that it was the delivery drivers fault which I said was not possible-they dont pack it, they just deliver.
We stopped getting bottled milk because it is delivered so early that sometimes it already tasted sour when we got it in the morning. It is delivered exceptionally early- if you want it fresh get a cool bag ready in the warmer months.
We had originally started getting bottled to be more eco friendly but the price and quality has meant we have gone back to plastic bottles.
The delivery is always reliable and always put in the right place. I do think the bundle is a good deal. Milk and eggs. We will continue to get the milk and eggs.

I like having my milk delivered, it is so much easyer. I have had a few problems over the years, but it has been sorted and hopfully will not happen again. I will say that the milk is a bit more expensive having it delivered.

Very pleased with Milk and More’s delivery service, which we’ve used now for several years. They have never let us down, through all kinds of weather. Also, it’s great to be able to order groceries on-line, for the next delivery, even if that is tomorrow. I just wish they’d extend their range of goods! All in all, a great service.

We have used Milk & More for many years and have never had cause for complaint. Our orders appear mysteriously on our doorstep (I have only heard the delivery truck once) and the App makes it easy to change the order or pause it during holidays. What is left on the doorstep is almost invariably correct; the only exception has been when bottles of freshly squeezed orange juice were unavailable, but an alternative orange juice was delivered instead and an adjustment made to our bill automatically.

Always reliable

It has been a story of being pleased then very unpleased when things go wrong. Although this has not happened for a while I have had no milk left when it was due a few times especially around bank holidays. Then I was not credited for milk that was not left.
All in all I am fairy satisfied althrough during this hot weather milk can be delivered at 1am 3am it is sometimes sour as it is so hot. What has happened to the 7am deliveries ?

Our milk is delivered late evening which for us is better as we are late risers.
We used to have a lot of other goods delivered but was constantly having stuff stolen. Now the timing is better maybe I will start ordering again

Knowing we will always have milk gives us great peace of mind. Changing the order, cancelling due to holidays and ordering extras is so easy with the app. We’ve been using Milk and More for years, recommended them to neighbours and are so pleased with the service they provide.

It is so nice to have a company like Milk and More. No more plastic bottles, only glass which we can leave out for the next delivery. Wide range of products to buy on their website, I have ordered a milk bottle case which helps keep the milk cool in the warm weather.

100% reliable service. Ordering is easy as is skipping deliveries when away or editing orders. My milkman always places the delivery exactly where requested and has been making use of the ice blocks in the cool bag during this hot weather

I have my milk a d more delivered twice weekly and often add extras. I love the fact that the bottles are glass and recyclable, so no supermarket plastic bottles. It also saves me carrying heavy milk etc. back from the shops. Excellent service.

very rarely any deliveries skipped (for unpredictable reasons). I get what I order and I'm very happy with it.

I have been a totally Welsh customer for years, and when Milk and More took over their deliveries, my shelf life was drastically altered. I now am getting milk with a 3 day shelf life including the delivery day which I find is absolutely too short as I have my milk delivered once a week and the milk doesn't reach my delivery date. I have contacted them on several occasions asking for a longer shelf date as all markets have Totally Welsh milk with a week plus shelf life. Milk and more might be within their "contracted 3 day time limit" but I feel they are abusing their customers. After each complaint, the next week or two had milk delivered with a 6-7 day shelf life, then they went back to 3 day. It is unacceptable that when I am happily paying for the delivery service, my deliveries are not up to what I consider a reasonable standard.
