Pink shoes…

I was in the shop earlier looking for shoes to match an unusual coloured dress for a wedding. Ronan and a lovely colleague( who i didnt get her name )really tried to get me a match
They were so friendly and helpful . Alas i didnt get shoes, but bought sandals for another outfit.
What a lovely place to shop in. And they stock beautiful shoes and trainers . Thank you both again

I ordered the shoes on 14 Dec for…

I ordered the shoes on 14 Dec for delivery before Christmas. They provided a tracking number that didn’t work and doesn’t show that the item was even shipped. I contacted customer service, but they are refusing to process a refund. They have literally taken my money and haven’t even bothered to ship the product. Today is 7 Jan, and I now have to pursue my money through a chargeback.

Will order elsewhere.

No response from email. Wanted to let them know about drop in standard of one of their Top brand sandals. Poor customer service this time so just lost my custom.
Will be in touch with Jose Saenz personally.

Exceptional customer service

I made a visit to the store today and was assisted by a young staff member named Callum. His customer service was exceptional. He was professional and courteous and despite many trips to the stockroom maintained a pleasant manner. He gave great advice on fit and suitable styles for my narrow feet and I left the store with 3 pairs of shoes! He is an asset to the store and I will definitely be a returning customer

Great experience in millars today.
Ronin, spelt with an I! was the most pleasant and helpful shop assistant that I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge regarding specific types of shoes for foot problems was second to none.

Brilliant service - Hispanitas handbags

This is a belated review but I ordered two Hispanitas handbags on 9 February 2025, Millars notified me on 10 February 2025 that they had been dispatched and I received both bags two days later. Fabulous bags and a really outstanding service. All the emails were polite and timely and my items received with no problems. The bags were brilliant value too. Will definitely use Millars Shoe Store again.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Misleading website as advertise products as being suede when they are faux suede. Breach of trades description act.

Owner sent very passive aggressive email failing to acknowledge their misleading website.

Appalling customer service and liars.

She then refused to provide prepaid return label so i had to pay for delivery and return. Never again. But at least i got back money for shoes. Don’t buy because what ever they have, Amazon has it too and at least they provide refunds and free delivery or free returns. Just take pic of shoes and search through search bar on amazon

Pleased customer.

First time purchasing from this company. I got a pair of sandals I really liked at a really good price. Delivery was as promised. No dramas. Really pleased. I would buy from here again and would definitely recommend.

Poor customer service

I purchased a pair of Merrell Mens Ontario Waterproof Walking Hiking Boots in July of 2023. The boots were great and I had been using them for 10 months when one of the stitched seams failed. I contacted Merrell and they advised that although the boots were less than 12 months old, I hadn't purchased them directly from Merrell I would have to contact Millars first. I sent an email to Millars (22 days ago) advising them of the problem and awaited a response which was not forthcoming. I sent a further email (15 days ago) and there has still been no response. I have now contacted Merrell, sent them several photographs at their request and proof of purchase.
The problem is a failure of the Merrell product but I am very disappointed with Millars total lack of response and their apparent disdain where communicating with a customer is concerned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you have any intension of returning goods as you will not get a refund.
They are fine whilst taking money but not when refunding as can be seen from other such reviews.
I have an email from them which agrees I adhered to their somewhat measly 14 day return policy (from date of order and not from the date of receipt of goods) but was only offered ‘as goodwill an online credit’
I tried to discuss this with them but the manager was always away and did not return my calls. Despite giving them plenty of opportunities to sort this matter they have not made further contact.
I do not ever write reviews but I don’t want others to experience this poor service.

Very pleased with my first purchase from Millars Shoe Store. My order arrived quickly, in perfect condition and the price I paid was great. Highly recommend!

Shoes very tight

Shoes very tight, asked if I could bring them home to try on with an outfit was in a hurry. So asked if could they be returned and was told I had fourteen days. I returned five days after purchase. Shoes in perfect condition to be told I was only allowed an exchange. Very shocked this is absolutely ludicrous. No signage at the till. Nothing on receipt to state this. Staff clearly misinformed a their customer. Asked if I could order this shoe in a larger size was told no pick something else in the shop.
Manager was rude didn't care only wanted my money didn't want to know had no time for me. The manager also told me he could also cancel my exchange if he wanted also and would be within his rights. So rude!!!!!!
