"Next day delivery" took 4 days to arrive...
I ordered a camping chair from Millets online and paid an extra nearly £5 for next day delivery - my old camping chair was broken and so I needed one in a hurry. The camping chair didn't arrive for four days by which time the camp I was at was over and I'd had to borrow a chair from someone else. I did message Millets CS but no reply... maybe they were too busy packing up items very very slowly to send out.
Re Millet's reply below: I contacted Millets CS by email but have had no reply - they're suggesting I repeat that exercise but I don't have the time to waste.

Excellent service from the two young boys working. I felt welcome and the guys were ready to help with any questions and I had no problem at all leaving a couple hundred pounds there for new coats.excellwnt service and thabks for providing biscuits and water for my canine XD

Popped in to try a few pairs of walking boots and the staff the the Aberdeen Branch were really friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Alex was fantastic and helped me find a pair of boots which fitted and met all my needs. Highly recommend this branch.
