They explained options and checked the fit multiple times, fetching more options to ensure they got it right rather than just closing on the first ones she seemed to like.

I have been to the Millets shop in Bracknell several times over the last couple of weeks. Each time I have always had good care from all three staff members Natalie, Cody & Jack. They are very helpful and offer great support & advice. It is such a shame that the store will be closing later in the year.

Customer service was great by the name of Jack, quick, helpful and friendly. I'm a size 4 but was told North Face tend to have smaller shoes fitting so was offered to try a size 5 which fit perfectly. I bought what I needed.
