Found exactly what I needed very quickly with the help of the staff. Sharon was super friendly and very helpful, and the price was also very good.

I went in to get some camping equipment (as a non-natural camper I was less than enthused!) but Natalie, who served me, was so lovely and gave me some really wonderful tips and ideas to make out family camping trip special! Not only did I get what I needed at an amazing price, but thanks to Natalie I'm now looking forward to the trip! Thank you x

I called to check what I wanted was in stock .. George, who answered the phone, not only went to check, but agreed to put what I wanted aside for an hour, until I got there! When I got there, both staff were friendly, helpful and supportive! I will be sad to see the branch close at the end of the year and wish the staff all the best in their search for alternative employment!

Assistant, Natalie, was very helpful and gave good advice regarding my purchase of some Merrell Moab 3 walking shoes. It is a shame that the Bracknell store will close this September; a great loss to the community.

Called in to purchase all DofE equipment for our daughter. Sharon at the Bracknell store was absolutely amazing guiding us on the best items needed and whetr to save money without compromising necessities. Also a big thank you to Oliver who had the tedious task of putting everything through the till. Such a shame the store is closing ots been so useful to have in Bracknell. I hope they get utilised in other stores as they are an asset to you!!

I was welcomed as I walked through the shop. Once I found what I went in for, at the till I was dealt with pleasantly & efficiently. It was Jack who served me.

I found it a great shopping experience in the Bracknell store: Friendly, helpful and attentive. Sharon, George and Jack are a credit to the Millets brand and will be truly missed when the store closes.

Jack was one of the most helpful and user-friendly shop assistants that I’ve met in years. He fully kitted out my daughter in her Duke of Edinburgh requirements, suggesting products that were suitable and also making sure her ruck sack was a perfect fit. Brilliant!

Such friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock.

Amazing service from Natalie and the Team today. Very helpful and welcoming providing great advice on what jacket and cleaning products to buy. She was very knowledgable about all the options whilst being patient and a friendly face of the brand. Will be back for more products for Scouting

After becoming a home owner I was looking to get a multi-tool to keep in the house for DIY jobs. Natalie talked me through the range that was available and I finally settled on a Leatherman Bond which was also one of Natalie's recommendations. Thank you to Natalie for such professional guidance and excellent customer service. The Bond is such a useful tool and has made my much smaller Gerber Dime redundant.

Jack was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this shop.

Thank you to Natalie today for very good customer service, she was very knowledgeable regarding the walking boots I went in to buy and had good advice on things to check, which I needed as I've been trying to get a well fitting pairs of boots for a few months, I finally found them today.

This Millets has a good selection of walking boots and clothes.
