Always had great service here.

Popped in today for some new waterproof walking/trekking shoes. I am a size 13 so hard to find many options (a lot of stores stop at 11 or 12) and Oliver was more than happy to help me identify my options, rather than looking at shoes I couldn't have.

Oliver also identified some products with a heavy sales discount and I was able to grab a few bargains while I was in store.

The rest of the team were all very friendly, even though it was close to closing time I felt no pressure or rush of service.

Would definitely use Millets in Bracknell again.

Nat was very helpful in answering all my questions about backpacks, and more than happy to assist me with adjustments, which was so helpful. Oliver was so friendly and helpful at checkout too! An absolute pleasure to have visited your store today and pick up some very cheap but reliable gear!

Update: One piece of feedback I forgot to mention is that it worked out cheaper for me to buy online using the SAVE15 code. Unfortunately, the team weren’t able to price match in store. It would be great if staff were empowered to honour online promotions, as the current setup encourages customers to buy online rather than support the high street.

Natalie was very patient when I tried on billions of pairs of walking shoes. She offered advice about which shoes to get, and which ones were waterproof.

Natalie knew what advice to give me from her own personal experiance for me to complete first time camping set up knowing i was lacking space on my motorbike advised weight tent etc

Very impressed with the lady helping me research jackets today. Natalie was very knowledgeable with respect to the Berghaus jackets I was interests in as well as other brands. I will definitely return and speak with her when I am ready to purchase in the new year.

Tried shoes on at home, found they didn't fit, staff were helpful in suggesting similar alternative shoes, and describing the different waterproof membranes etc, but they didn't have those in the correct size so refunded the original shoes.

A good experience at Millets Bracknell I purchased a pair of trainers and some trousers very pleased however the following day a different pair of socks meant the trainers were tight on the toes a call to the shop said I could exchange and they had a pair a size up. I returned a couple of days later to have an exchange everything was done satisfactory and customer service was excellent

I went into Millets at Bracknell today with a list of requirements and they had everything I needed at really great prices. Stephen assisted with me with everything and was knowledgeable, friendly and a credit to the company.

Jack was so polite and helpful when I was choosing some new walking boots.
Showed me different colours and advised on sizing. Nothing was too much trouble.

Best clothing and footwear shop in Bracknell. Good qualify apparel at very good prices. Super helpful staff, especially Jack who served me today. They are though all good whoever serves you.
