Wet solution with a smile
Sale ad board reminded me I needed to replace my old walking jacket as last rain soaked through. After few minutes of looking at racks Richard offered helpful advice on options size and colour. All sorted and expected use discussed with shared experience and finally additional discount concluded a most pleasant purchase.

I'd bought shoes and shorts online which didn't fit and returned them to Bridgwater store. Tabitha went out of her way to find my size of both in stock and processed the refund. Friendly, efficient and helpful, I'll just try and buy in store next time and save the returns hassle.

We visited the Bridgwater store to purchase camping equipment.
We visited the Bridgwater store to purchase a rucksack for my daughter's camping & DofE trip. Trish & Corina were so friendly & helpful, helping my daughter try the different bags, show her how to get the right fit & explain the accessories to use to make her experience much easier.
We also purchased a sleeping bag, again they took the time to explain the range & find the one that would suit my daughters needs.
Great customer service, value for money & product range.

Great quality waterproof over trousers
Great quality waterproof over trousers, which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately they were a little too long, despite the leg length shown on the website. However it was worth the round trip of about 40 miles to the nearest Millets shop (Bridgwater), to return them and make sure the exchanged pair fitted. Full marks to the staff there who were very helpful and completed the process cheerfully and without any fuss. In future we'll be making that trip, rather than using the website!
