Relaxed atmosphere
Helpful, patient staff. Sadly didn’t have 1/2 sizes so didn’t purchase what I went for but found other items to buy instead.
I did write a review berating that I was not awarded my ‘BLUELIGHT’ discount as this didn’t show on my emailed receipt, but may I apologise to the company and the staff concerned - it would appear that the discount was applied after all, so staff were clearly ‘on the ball’ and I was not!

Jude served me and my experience was great because he listened to what I needed and immediately told me the brand of walking shoes I should try.
He also contacted another local branch for availability. He was knowledgeable about the alternatives available.
He advised on their returns policy etc
