Came in with my dogs to buy walking shoes; the selection was very good for a small store and In the end I settled for a pair of rambling boots! I’m no rambler but I can’t wait to wear them out !!

I was treated really well, the employees were extremely attentive and helpful. They both showed me where I could get exactly what I wanted and offered me a cheaper option. They were friendly. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

Came in today to get some last minute bits for a festival, staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful, store manager Nathan was super polite and very professional with a lot knowledge about all the products, would definitely recommend 💪

Had a issue with a pair of faulty walking
Had a issue with a pair of walking boots, afer a inspection and adv o only had a bank statemet they mived the earth to assist which resulted in a updale which i was happy to take thanks again nathan and lewis from the brighton store based on this interaction i will be shopping with u for years 😀!!! I wanted to buy a decent pair of…
I wanted to buy a decent pair of walking shoes to get me through the preparation and taking part in a walking marathon. I walked into the Brighton store and was served by a very polite, patient and knowledgeable young man who not only advised me fully on what I should be looking for but took the time and trouble to ensure I had the very best fit. Me and my Merrells walking shoes are best of friends already. 10/10 for everything

Great little shop in Brighton …
This was our first time in Millet’s shop in Brighton and we had a very positive shopping experience. The quality of the items sold seems really good and Mike was very friendly and helpful in assisting us to buy trekking shoes for our trip. We will certainly consider going to Millet again if we need to buy other outdoor clothes and equipment.

The service was amazing and the knowledge of what kind of walking saddles I needed for my travels was really informative and helpful! I also bought a kayak which was fantastic as we will get such a lot of use out of that this summer. Thank you for such a knowledgeable a lovely experience. I went to buy a tent and some camping…
I went to buy a tent and some camping equipment and as I am a novice and 70 years old I was a bit clueless. Nathan the young man who served me was so helpful and patient, he advised me on the ease of setting up and packing away tents and even sorted out the combination lock I bought.
