It was my first day at the gym last…
It was my first day at the gym last week and I went in the shop looking desperately for a hair tie (of course I had to forget it at home when most needed!) when I asked if they had any, Linda told me that they did not- however she gave me some sort of elastic hairband that I could use instead. As I really needed it I just bought it even though it was 5 pounds— however when I mentioned it was my first day at the gym Linda warmly gave me a discount AND!!! Also a flapjack to eat after my training. I truly appreciated it and also it made my very low motivation to train suddenly spike up! Definitely going back to get some training outfits next! :)

Really fabulous Service at Millets East Croydon
I bought a technical winter coat and a pair of walking shoes in the Black Friday Sale 2023. I am extremely happy with the coat and shoes, and was very impressed by the pleasant and highly efficient assistance given to me by James and Diane who work at the East Croydon store, located just off George Street.

£135 for a Berghaus 3in1 jacket
£135 for a Berghaus 3in1 jacket - bit expensive. It looks good quality. Before I bought Peter Storm jacket - that lasted 3 to 4yeaes - that kept we warm in wniter/Spring & rainy weather's. I was served by James. It feels warm.
After 1day, I didn't receive my email receipt. I went to see James again - he sorted out the email receipt. I've now, got my email-receipt.

Very helpful staff
Evri couriers had let me down on several occasions trying to deliver my order fron the website.
I called the shop to explain what had happened. They arranged to put the items they had in stock aside, ready for me to collect the following day.
When I arrived, they then helped me to arrange an order for the remaining items.

Choosing shoes
Shay helped me with choosing a pair of shoes, she was helpful and really patient as I'm quite indecisive. I tried on 4 pairs before making my mind up and she still helped other people, but didn't forget me.
