Very Helpful and friendly team and great store
The Manager Jonny was super helpful on product knowledge and assisted me well throughout .

Great service, boots not so good
The server was very helpful and brought lots of boots for me to try. Gave great practical advice too.
Unfortunately the Peter Storm boots are rubbish! A shoelace retainer broke within weeks but the worst part is how much they make your feet sweat.
Better off buying Skechers for the sane price which also fall apart quickly, but are at least comfortable!

Great selection of boots and everything else
Went into Millets in East Grinstead with a list of things to buy, including walking boots for myself, socks for my daughters, compasses and map cases for my Guide group and expedition food for my daughter's DofE. Was really pleased to be able to purchase everything I needed in one place. There was a good choice of compasses and map cases and I was impressed with the selection of walking boots. Zoe helped me choose the right boots to suit my needs and was able to help me locate everything else I needed while also attending to another customer.

School DofE saviours
After a disaster on our school’s DofE I rushed to the nearby town in search of new boots (student currently hopping towards a checkpoint). I explained the situation to Alfie in the store and he recommended some boots. Gavin was able to quickly ring them up and added on my DofE discount. If you have a son/daughter about to embark on their expedition then either of these two would be excellent at sorting out all the equipment you need.
