Perfect for Scout Camps
As Scout leaders with children who are Explorer Scouts there is always something we need last minute for a camp and this store is always the perfect place to grab everything we need. Great value and great quality products. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service from this store
Fantastic service from this store. We went in for some waterproof spray and the lady was so helpful and happy to serve us. We then saw a lovely cool bag (inflatable) and the same lady was so helpful and even looked some online items as well. Both the lady and man were amazing. Well done.

Great customer service.
My experience during a recent visit to the East Grinstead store was great. Despite no air con within the store in record breaking temperatures, the customer service was faultless. I didnt expect to be able to buy last minute items required for a trip and was prepared for disappointment. That wasn't necessary and I managed to get everything I needed. A big thank you to the member of staff that served me. Good customer service is rare these days.

Good quality products at a really good price - I’m gutted the Haywards Heath store closed, but at least East Grinstead is not too far away and easy to click and collect. Lovely staff, and great place for walking trousers and accessories, maps and all things outdoorsy!

Milleys website easy to use as ever
Millets website easy to use as ever, made my purchase of a pair of Northridge trainers, good price.
Arrived in a timely fashion and were easily 2 sizes bigger than my size 9 feet. Brought them back in store, where there was a no quibble refund made immediately as they were likely mis-labelled.
Bought the right size and walked away content. Top job, but a bit of a faff.
