Made a click and collected order to east grinstead store as new i would not be home. Got back of holiday and have received several emails from delivery company saying delivered to my address and given to me. They definitely didn't. Am going in to the store tomorrow to try and sort this out.

Rain coat & trousers for 3 peaks!
Recently bought a rain coat and trousers from the store in preparation for the 3 peaks. Jonny, the manager of the store, was probably the best employee millets have got their hands on. What can I say about this kind, attentive, welcoming man? He is a paragon of professionalism.

Another great experience
Another great experience. I popped in as I was in town just to have a browse. Jonny was really helpful in introducing some different things I hadn't seen before. I ended up getting some soap flakes which I'll keep in the car as there's always somewhere that's run out of handsome and it drives me crazy.

Great Service
My son and I went in to East Grinstead today for new boots. He takes a lot of time to decide as he needs to wear extra insoles. Sharon was so patient and brought out all the pairs of shoes he wanted to try. We left with two new pairs of boots, and a jumper that was on sale. A calm and easy experience.

Customer service contact for wrong delivery diabolically difficult!!
Incomplete item received. Whilst good product customer service to remedy diabolical! Online contact form not responded to after 48 hours despite saying would within 24hr! In the end after over 30min phone call including 15mins holding told return and reorder! And me take to post office suggested!

Great customer service from Millie and Alfie at the East Grinstead store.
Alfie helped me choose a pair of walking boots and locate a jacket I was looking for and Millie served me at the till. Found everything I needed and had a good selection of products to choose from - selection of sizes and colours for most clothing items.
