We liked the range of rain jackets at Millets. Henry was very helpful, he was very efficient and we both found a jacket that suited our needs.

Had excellent service in this branch today. Lauren was very helpful in sorting my partner out with walking boots and shoes. Millets is our go to store in Eastbourne for all our outdoor and walking needs. A very friendly and helpful team!

Tracie just provided us with excellent service. We were looking for walking boots and she was so helpful with advice on lacing, different styles, etc. Really pleased with our purchase. Thank you.

I came in the store today not knowing what I want/need for my hike but an employee named Phil helped me find exactly what I need, he was kind and patient. Best costumer service I’ve ever received, I really hope he will be there next time I go.

Me and my partner are going camping for the first time and needed backpack and boots. We were helped by a lovely gentleman called phil. I can honestly say I recieved the best customer service ever. He took his time showing us what things we need and gave us tips and also helped us find the perfect boots and bags. wonderful and patient man who definitely knew his stuff and suggested what we need based of our size and looks. I will be back to pick up more items I really hope he’ll be there again. Can’t say enough good things about him he’s a absolute gentleman. 10/10 review for him wish we can see him again. PROMOTE HIM!!!

Visited the store today for some hiking boots , a young man who I believed was called Mason helped me out a lot , left as a happy customer and will definitely be back !!!

I have had the best experience in the Eastbourne store from a gentleman called Phil buying a pair of shoes First he suggested measuring my feet ( never been done before) and surprisingly my foot was larger than I realised so I was now buying a pair of shoes that had a good chance of fitting my feet He knew the product the wider and narrowing fitting shoes fantastic service would definitely go back again

Phil was extremely helpful when I went in to Millets to choose a new pair of Walking Boots. He was very thorough with explaining the pros and cons of certain boots, as well as recommending pairs he thought would be most suitable. He was extremely helpful and some of the best customer service that I’ve seen in years, thank you!

We were shopping for backpacks today for 2 adults and 2 children. Many thanks to Phil, who was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He spent time with us and advised us on the best options in terms of size and fit, taking into account the intended purpose. Great service!

I found a very comfortable pair of walking shoes with the help of Jason, who provided excellent customer care.

Lauren on the till was fantastic (despite the shop being short staffed and having to deal with an abusive South African bloke) she made 100% sure that I got money back (£50!) for some stuff I’d bought as I forgot to say I was a national trust employee. Give that woman a raise!!!

My partner and I came in a bit late today. We used to both work in retail so know exactly how annoying it is when someone comes in in the last hour of the day and decides to try on about 7 pairs of hiking boots. Nevertheless, Henry was fantastic and patient, helped him select multiple pairs of boots, even got the laces all sorted for him to try on every single pair. Give him a raise.

Phil couldn’t have been more helpful. Very happy with my boots I got. Shame there aren’t more people like Phil he is an asset to your company.
