Came in today to get my sister her stuff for forest school and was amazing service and was helped so much by Phil he was very approachable and made the whole experience shopping there a lot better! Will be back! Thank you for the amazing service

Great range of shoes available. Fantastic service from Phil who really knows his shoes and was incredibly helpful.

Went to buy walking shoes for my charity Sahara trek for St Wilfrid's Hospice next year. Assisted by Phil, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Measured my feet and advised on the best types of boots and also advised re socks and avoiding blisters. Felt confident that the advice I was being given was honest.

I was served by Henry today. In spite of being up to his ears in work he took plenty of time to explain two water-proofing products to me. He was helpful and professional, and drew a smiley face on my receipt.

I really appreciated Henry’s low (no) pressure sales technique and kind patience! Must have tried on a dozen pairs of boots and am super happy with what I’ve got!

The sales assistant, Phil, took time to make sure I had a choice of walking boots to decide on. He explained the best fit and type of boot for the amount and type of walking I do. It was a personal experience, which I have not had in a shop for a long time.

Lovely staff, found just what I was looking for in store. Lots of useful items in there and neat and tidy store.

Went into store to buy some items for my sons DofE. Phil was super helpful, passionate and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant change to find someone who actually measured feet to get the correct size.

Phil at Eastbourne is excellent. Absolutely amazing at supporting you when looking for hiking boots. Single handedly managed 5 customers, all demanding his attention, all searching for the perfect fit without getting flustered or overwhelmed. Kept everyone happy by clear and polite communication at all times. The service he provided was old school service, he was knowledgeable, he was thorough and he made sure you didn't leave with something you weren't 100% happy with. Even though my perfect shoe wasn't in stock, you can be sure I'll be going back to Phil again when his delivery comes in. Thanks Phil, you took the stress out of hiking boot shopping.😊

I bought a rucksack and the assistant that served me , Phil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the right fit for comfort and ease.
He was very polite.

I visited Millets Eastbourne today to purchase a pair of sandals.
The store was tidy and looked inviting. The staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to assist in finding a suitable pair.
Lauren was particularly helpful, fetching several pairs and suggesting different options.
I will definitely look forward to visiting the store in the future.

Henry was a great Millets ambassador . From taking my initial telephone call to check stock (he was so helpful and polite) to me coming in to the store to buy the item he had put aside for me.
He was also able to verify and match the discount code I had found online saving me 15%!

A great role model for young retail execs. If only they could all follow his lead!
