Very helpful
Martin was attentive and helpful without being pushy, and gave me really good advice. Despite being busy he gave plenty of time to me and answered all my questions. I would happily use this shop again.

Exceptional assistance
The shop manager Martin was extremely helpful in guiding us on the purchase of walking shoes. He wasn't at all pushy but pointed out the key matters in choosing a pair right for me. Purchasing this type of footwear in a retail shop with expert assistance proved far better than guessing it through an internet purchase. The final price included a discount that made it very competitive.

This Saturday, I needed help purchasing a Peter Storm winter coat, and a lovely shop assistant who said that she was named Emily helped me to find the perfect one for me. Very much recommend this shop!

Walking shoes and friendly staff
A great experience and friendly staff. I went to look for walking shoes/trainers and after a few minutes browsing time I was approached by Maiya who asked if I wanted some help.
She was very helpful in bringing the shoes and giving some advice and tips. I brought the shoes and I will definitely think about coming back to Millets at Eastleigh for the friendliness and helpful staff.
