I have been meaning to write a review for Lauren for some time now. I have been served by Lauren on many occasions, she is an excellent member of your team who goes out of her way to ensure I have been looked after and my shopping needs met each time. The purchases I have made have been excellent and just what I needed, the last two things being a decent pair of Scarpa boots and sealskin gloves - Thanks for all your help

Very good in store staff who paid attention and were knowledgeable about the product. The salesperson made a sale, rather than milling around as is useful for many retail staff today. Good Friday deals made for a good price on today's purchase.

Wonderful in store service from Lauren who was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the best walking shoes for us and Owen for running back and forward picking various styles and sizes. They were short staffed with only two people in that day, but still gave us their time and attention Thanks

Great shop. With a wide range of products. Staff always helpful, they also give extra discounts, when you show your Defence Discount Card. Helping veterans and our Armed forces. Any Company that does that gets my vote. And should be supported. Well done Millets

Friendly and attentive staff offered great advice

Bought some walking boots today. The lad helping me was so knowledgeable and wasn’t doing the ‘hard sell’. Genuinely wanted me to be happy with them. The girl who served me behind the counter was so friendly (and funny). What a great workforce. I hope their pay reflects that! Thanks guys. 🥾

The website is ok, but there is no substitute for getting things explained and being able to look before buying....

Connor was incredibly helpful in helping me find hard wearing and comfortable walking boots. Would highly recommend coming to this store. Connor was knowledgeable and generous with his time. Can’t wait to take these Berghaus shoes out for a long walk.

While in your Fareham store yesterday I noticed a couple of wetsuits, but not in my size. Lauren was quick to help when I asked about getting one. She immediately checked the stock room and with no luck there, proceeded to order one. She informed me it would be at the same price and delivered direct to me.
I was so impressed with her attitude, knowledge and service, that I just had to give a glowing review! I hope she is recognised as a valuable member of staff.

Fabulous customer service from Megan in the Fareham store today. Very patient with me trying to find walking shoes. I think I tried on most pairs! Asked lots of sensible questions making sure that I got the right pair. All in all a great experience, thank you.

Excellent service. Lauren was friendly and helped me with exactly what I was after tent wise and was very knowledgeable and was very clear on aftercare also. Even helped me carry big tent.

Needed a pair of certain walking boots (seen online) but none in stock, Lauren went out of her way to find them locally and arrange for them to made available within a few days wait. She went over and above and if you have staff rewards then she needs to be recognised. Excellent customer service received.

They had what I wanted in stock for a good price. The 2 members of staff I saw were very helpful. Can't ask for more.
