Looking for walking boots. Looked after by Jack. Polite and very helpful and patient whilst the boxes of different boots mounted. Indeed everyone in the store were polite and gave help when needed.

Knowledge and great value
Every time we go to Millets we not only come away with a great product, I also come away with some knowledge. Recently Jack and George have really impressed me with their recommendations and knowledge making it a little easier to prepare for a cub camp! The scouting discount isn’t advertised enough.

SEAN assisted me with buying Peter Storm sandals. He was patient with as I tried on two different sizes for two different sandal models. Didn't feel pushed and he remained available to get me other sizes without any delay. Good prices, so I bought both models and got a bonus discount from Blue Light as well. Good friendly service. Returned a pair of Berghaus hiking boots which had split. No qualms at all. As I’d not kept a receipt the sale was easily tracked and I received the choice of a refund or the purchase of another pair of boots. Great service. Left feeling very happy.
