Great service
My size wasn't in stock in store. Within minutes, the assistant had checked online, ordered my size and had arranged for it to be delivered to me at home at no extra cost. I received it a couple of days later. Great!

Staff were not pushy but greeted me on entry and when I asked they quickly helped me try the right size walking shoe, They had 3 good options in brown leather just the ticket.

Friendly and helpful staff
The staff were both extremely helpful and friendly. I tried some fleeces on but needed different sizes so a staff member got them for me. I bought three fleeces (two Peter Storm and one Craghopper). They were on offer and great value.
