My partner needed walking boots and Ian at the Louth branch in Lincolnshire was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time with us offering different models, even one that was not even on display which was the one we bought so a big thank you to Ian for his patients and help Thank you

Ian helped where I gave up! Trying on pair after pair of ladies hiking trousers (Kezia not Ian) until she finally found a pair with elasticated waist, suggested by Ian as if coming from me, caveats would ensure. Great one to one, no pressure service with a smile was the order of the day at Millets Louth. Date 31st March as app won't let me enter 31st.

Super friendly and helpful staff, particularly Kelly - who was fantastic. Nice little shop & well kept and welcoming.

We were looked after Tom when we were looking for a pair of walking boots. Tom gave us great advice and we made a purchase which my husband is very happy with. Tom was very friendly and efficient.

As always, I walk in, ask, and there are the goods at a sensible price. You could say I'm biased as I always go there but why shop around if they always get it right.
Today's assistant Tracy was our helper very knowledgeable, as are the rest of the team. So, in, out, 10 minutes, and a decent pair of pumps at a competitive price. *****

We went in looking for new walking shoes and we were helped by the lovely Kelly the manager. She was so helpful to us as we weren’t sure what shoes to go for! Kelly was very friendly, kind and patient with us whilst she ran backwards and forwards to get the shoes.

I visited the Louth branch today and was met by Kelly who greeted me upon my entrance. Kelly was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for and Kelly suggested some additional items which I didn't consider and needed.

Kelly is a valued member of the team and clearly as assets.

Anyone who visits the Louth branch you are in for a treat.

Popped into Millets in Louth to buy a pair of walking shoes. It’s a relatively small shop but there was plenty of choice of quality products to peruse. The service given by the staff, was very efficient, welcoming and friendly; and absolutely no pressure was exerted upon me to make a purchase. I ended up buying a great pair of walking shoes for a very good price. A shout out goes to store assistant ‘Tom’ who patiently assisted me with my purchase.

Called in to look for some outdoor gear and boots. Found exactly what we needed and when looking for boots Tom was a great help and very knowledgeable.

From the moment we walked in with our puppy we were greeted with smiles.
We chose some boots to try on and were served very quickly by Tracy.
We also met the manager Kelly who was lovely and chatty and also had a cuddle with our puppy !
