Really helpfull
Kelly advised us on the correct gas for our cooker and explained the different options regarding prices. Always a good experience in this store, just wish it was a bigger shop as it is the only outdoor supplier in our area.

Fantastic staff giving first rate service
Fantastic staff giving first rate service, both George and Kelly offered advice and time. This meant I left with walking shoes that were perfect for my daily walks with our Guide dog puppies.

Above and beyond …
Phoned the Louth store this morning as my 3 week old walking boots were letting in water 💧
Spoke to George who was so kind and helpful and he reassured me that he would get things sorted for me. As I walk everyday I needed a replacement quickly and he was very helpful and informative and I'm so pleased with the new waterproof boots I bought. The blonde lady(sorry, didn't remember your name) working with him was also very kind and helpful, providing tissues, enabling us to clean the old boots in the store to save us travelling all the way home again 8 miles as the policy was to return them without mud on them.
Also I was given a little discount, which was gratefully received, together with a free coffee voucher for a neighbouring shop.
All in all a brilliant service going above and beyond. Thank you 😊

Louth store - great service.
Called in to the Louth store looking for walking shoes. Served by George who was very helpful and informative. They didn’t have the colour of shoes I wanted but he rang the Grimsby store to ask if they had them in stock. They did and arranged for me to pick them up tomorrow. Excellent customer service.
