The 2 lads Sam & James could not have been more helpful in helping us sort the issue we had with a faulty tent.
Their customer service was excellent & even helped bring the tent to our car.

I bought a pair of hiking poles previously - buy one get 2nd half price & after using them up Helvellyn a gave them to a friend. As they're tried & tested I've not bought another pair. P.s. I did buy a set from one of the German grocers but they weren't as good so were returned...

Phoned the store to check on the availability of an item. When I attended the item was waiting at the till. Jonny, the shop assistant was very helpful and provided great advice in respect of other items I wished to purchase. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. On the this visit I purchased a waterproof coat and ruck sac cover. Good quality products.

One of the tables was smashed on the corner

Sam was very knowledgeable and honest when we asked his advise on walking boots. It wasn't about trying to sell us the most expensive ones he wanted to know what are requirements were. He was very clued up and helpful resulting in my partner buying a pair of boots when he didn't even go in to buy some, I did!

I will be giving Millets first visit next time weather it's on line or in person.

Ordered a tent, double airbed and rubber mallet was told 3-6 days for delivery on 14th July only mallet turned up had 2 delayed delivery messages and now courier has had it for 3 days and no notification of when it's coming, had to go out and buy another tent to be safe

Called in for some new work boots and the experience was very good. I was greeted politely upon entering the store. I knew what I was looking for and the assistant brought the products I wanted to try quickly and seemed knowledgeable about them. I showed him I could get the same boots for a lot less somewhere else and he matched the price and knocked off and additional 10%. My transaction was concluded quickly and ai left the store with nothing but good impressions and thoughts about my experience of shopping there. I would definitely return to purchase further items in the future.

Staff are always knowledgeable and welcoming. No name on receipt but I got served by 007 funnily enough if that helps management direct the feedback appropriately. Experience today was great, staff helped me find a cooler and explained the different options - just very friendly and professional.

Two very helpful young chap's who greeted me upon entering the store. I didn't waste much time looking around as I had a good idea what I was after. I explained and was shown a couple of items, one of which was Ideal.
Sam served me at the till and I'd definitely visit this store again.
