Great customer service, great price

Old Camper’s Review
I have been shopping at Millets in Southend for over sixty years. Today I bought a flask and a lamp, then as I have done repeatedly in the past looked for a small cooking shield but told you don’t stock them. I was prepared to go somewhere else. Your very pleasant lady assistant, I am sorry I did not ask her name , then checked to see if it could be ordered online, which it could, so she made the arrangements and I can expect it to be delivered to my home within a few days. It was such a small thing made into a very enjoyable experience Thank you Millets for the years of service you have given me, hope there still a few more to come.

Fantastic
I shopped in the Southend store today for a rucksack and torch for my daughter. Sarah helped me with detailed information about the rucksacks available and got some down from the top display so I could choose one. It was a really great experience having someone help me who knew so much about the products and was so patient and friendly. Thank you so much!
