So useful to have a local shop with well informed staff. Not sure I want to be asked to donate to your chosen charity, why not have a info up on a board at the till and make it more voluntary

Had a great experience today, came in to get some hiking poles and boots and couldn’t have found better assistance. Samuel was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He understood the assignment, my specific needs and found everything I needed at the price I was happy with! Thanks a million, will gladly return with any more outdoorsy needs!

Stellar customer service, great prices.
First time in store today in Southsea.
Had a really good experience looking at some new walking boots, the shop assistant Samuel went above and beyond to help out my girlfriend and I figure out what was best for us.
He was really knowledgeable and extremely friendly!
Will definitely be popping in again some time soon :)

Walking boots and a browse through the store
Came in to the store yesterday with my wife and daughter to get walking boots and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello from a young man called Sam.
As we were looking at the walking boots Sam came over and introduced himself and said if we need anything just ask .
His knowledge , honesty and friendly , happy personality was refreshing .
Exceptional customer service .
Millets need to look after him and employ others like him.
He promotes the company and standards extremely well.

Great. I come here to buy my walking shoes as it's always better to try them on in store. Staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well laid out with good discounts on during the Sales.

Good choice at good prices

It's always a pleasant experience when visiting the southsea store, I was served by Sam today and he was very knowledgeable and polite. No hard selling just genuine advice. I went in for a pair of socks and left happily with a new walking boots and 2 pairs of socks at a great sale price.

The member of staff who served me was very helpful. The exact item I wanted was not available on store so he offered to order it for me to avoid me needing to pay delivery charges. Miraculously itt arrived at my door the next day!

I go here for my winter hats
I go here for my winter hats, gloves and warm layers. This stuff will keep you warm in a power cut or on a polar expedition.
Friendly staff and best of all: a walkable high street that’s pleasant. Good for your health and your soul. Use it or lose it.
